“Always order from groomers and always a fast delivery, with plenty of choice to choose from. Had one problem where the wrong shampoo got delivered, emailed groomers & got a response very quick with a solution! Couldn't be happier with the customer service.”

“I usually don't say anything negative about groomers on line but this time I'm going to. Firstly the slicker brush I ordered I was told after via email that it was out of stock and I ordered a scented spray and got a doodle comb through spray. I have emailed to say but not had a response as of yet. I still gave a four star as I don't normally have any problems.”

“Brilliant service, and fast deicery at only a small amount extra. Only down side was that the courier left my item outside in view from the road without telling anybody where it was, this wasn‘t Groomers Online fault.”

“ordered a detangle brush for my cockerpoo, whose ears get very matted. It works a treat. Had a query which was sorted out extremely quickly. Very pleased would definetly use you again.”
