“Terrible experience. Ordered a brush and it arrived with bent and broken pins, despite that being obvious through the clear packaging. Returned for a refund but they did not reimburse the delivery charge. Total radio silence from customer services and accounts in response to my emails; not even the courtesy of an acknowledgment. Will never use them again and I suggest nobody else do either.”

“I was most surprised how quickly my stuff was delivered… literally within a couple of days…. Love the bullnose scissors - don’t know why I didn’t see these before…. They’re great for dog paws - getting in the pad to remove tarmac clumps or small stones stuck in there, without such a huge risk of nicking the animal as normal pointed scissors. Also around the eyes they’re just as good for the same reasons. The Thornit ear powder is fantastic as well…. After only two days of treatment, such a huge improvement in the ears of my two terriers - the dreadful long-term canker has almost disappeared. Will definitely definitely keep the treatment going so it doesn’t reappear…. Thank you.”
