Washed him ok. Didn’t really smell of much, wouldn’t buy again.

This would be a five star review, as the clippers I ordered arrived quickly and are everything they are advertised to be, EXCEPT that I went back into the website the following day to order some comb attachments and kept getting the messa, 'There are no couriers available to deliver to your country.' I ordered from Scotland and Groomers seems to be UK based, the previous order came quickly via DPD. Seemed very strange. When I tried to ring, there was no one to anser the phones. We are in a pandemic, of course, so my inability to contact anyone was not terribly surprising. This situation continued, so I ended up going elsewhere for the attachments.

I ordered an Andis Ultraedge AGC 2 Speed Brushless Dog Grooming Clipper in June/July, used it for the 3rd time in August and it didn't work, Andis sent me a free returns label, i sent my product back (accidentally including the extra clipper heads i had ordered from someone else on Amazon). They called me once which i missed then i had to call them back which took me 3 days worth of trying to actually get through to someone. I got a brand new Andis Clipper sent free of charge but they kept the extra clipper heads i had accidentally sent with no replacements provided. I then had to buy new clipper heads and the only people that were selling them were Groomers Limited so i then had to give them more of my money which as you can imagine i wasn't super happy about by then. I wouldn't particularly recommend Groomers Limited but i wouldn't say they are an awful company either. Kind of a love and hate relationship with the company. They are a brilliant company for easy returns and if you can get in touch with anyone from the company they are really helpful and kind so they do have their strong points, just need to work on their company transparency.

Prices are reasonable, however with the added cost of delivery, some items can be found online for cheaper.. delivery could be quicker when it’s been paid for.. not a great deal of left hand scissors available, the ones that are, are often expensive.

My clippers were great couldn’t fault them- light and easy to use, really happy however was devastated when the delivery company threw my £340 clippers over the fence!!

Lots of things out of stock so had to find elsewhere. Found website not easy to browse products unless I specifically look for them. Delivery was good but came in two parts and when I tried to ring to find out why only half order arrived I could not get through to anyone (rest of order arrived tow day later though)

Helpful advice given on phone prior to purchase, but we couldn't figure out how to fit blade to clipper, so left a message. Noone called back, however, we watched some you tube videos and that helped. Happy with purchase after the first cut.

Great delivery considering the current situation but unfortunately our clippers turned up without a UK adapter. So we cant use them and Ive been told no replacement is possible. Im still outstanding a resolution..I would have been happy to leave a very good if id had the adaptor so acceptable even although its unacceptable seems the fairest review.

Purchased some small trimming scissors from this company,when they arrived finger rest was broken, disappointed in quality. Could not be bothered with hassle of sending product back,because of lockdown.

Ordered a scissor case as a birthday gift , one week later and I hadn’t received anything. it would be helpful to receive an email to warn us that the item has been dispatched. I gave it time and decided to call this morning to which the lady on the sales team who was absolutely amazing told me my order had been delivered by Hermes, no card was left through my letter box or anything they said it had been left in a secure place which is not secure at all - between the rubbish bins which are at the front of my house. maybe Hermes should not be used by you, their service is shocking and does not help your reputation

Reasonably fast service using standard delivery. Really surprisingly, unlike nearly all online shopping companies, no dispatch confirmation email or tracking notifications from Groomers Online or their courier was sent to me; not even on my account page. Had to phone the customer services to ask if my order had been dispatched, which were very helpful. Poor packaging of items in just a Jiffy bag.
