“Fabulous experience from an easy to use Web site, prompt delivery service. Small hiccup when the postman dropped the parcel onto a tiled floor causing one of the products to leak out. An email to Groomers, I received a reply within minutes, and despatched a replacement. Amazing customer service. Will definitely use again. Oh and the products are excellent.”

“Purchased the Groomers Signature Evening Primrose Cat and Conditioning spray as I find it excellent for keeping the coat in great condition, leaving it soft and smelling fragrant without the greasy residue that other oils leave. The service from Groomers was also fast and very efficient.”

“My Bass pin brush arrived quickly and well packaged. The website photo doesn't show it well but there are no 'caps' on the pins, they are straight - so just what I had been reccommended for my Tibetan terrier 8 month old puppy. The brush is sturdy, I thought it would be too harsh for his silky puppy coat and thin skin but using it gives a much faster result and he didn't seem to mind at all, so it works better than the bristle brush I had been using. I bought a medium, which is about the size of a human hair brush, so I could have bought a small, but I didn't check the product dimensions. It was on offer.”

“I ordered the comb for my collie dog who gets very knotted fur . It was recommended by my dogs groomers . It has been fantastic and helped keep the matts away . I highly recommend the comb”
