“Will not use this company again. Advertised free accessory pack on orders over £50. Added it to my order but was charged. On querying it they said it wasn't available during sale period. Absolutely nothing on their website to state this. Further querying emails were ignored. Had to ring in the end to get a refund as they charged me for the item and didn't even send it out. Very poor service. Posted a review on the item and that review vanished. See if this one stays.”

“Have had 5 pairs Dartmoor boots which have been fab but you don’t sell identical replacement laces! The laces never last as long as boots, which is ok but why do you NOT sell identical replacements? Even maybe charge a bit more when buying never boots & supply spare pair laces. Sue call up but the lady I spoke to wasn’t interested!”

“My order arrived on time , sadly there was a fault with the lining. Shoes returned to Grisport at no expense to me. The brilliant staff after a phone call, something rare to be able to speak to anyone nowadays when buying on line! They have sent me a replacement pair of the same item, the fit is so good I can hardly tell I'm wearing them , hopefully I will get many hours of walking and comfortable pleasure from this pair of Icarus walking shoes.”

“Love these boot, fit well and again have had no blistering wearing them from the start. Unfortunately first time wearing them in heavy rain, feet were soaked through. These are my second pair from Grisport did not have this problem with first pair. Very disappointing considering they were bought because they are sold as being waterproof and paying over £100 for a pair you would expect it.”

“Italian made , however buying them from the UK is a headache . No paperwork done for customs , no duty paid . Ended up paying way over the odds . Not dealing with Grisport UK again .”

“I bought a pair of boots over the Christmas and new year period based on 48hr delivery and the special offer of the walking pack. My boots had not turned up after 3 days so gave the company a call, they said that due to cover the post office where having delays, I have to say despite other companies I ordered from turning up as expected, if as a company you are having issues, which I understand in the current climate just let the customer know, if I am told a week thats fine just don't advertise 48hrs if you cannot deliver. When I received the boots there was no walking pack, I called and questioned why I had not received pack you bectold it was not advertised at that time, I am a 47 year old man and can read it was definitely advertised. I emailed company prior to writing this and gave them time to respond which they did not bother, customer service is horrendous but boots are good so buy them from a company who don't lie to there customers to get a sale.”

“Ordered boots in December - no update from the company on where my order was, eventually they called and advised that the order was cancelled and that I would need to reorder but not at the same sale price I had purchased at.”

“Hugely disappointed in these shoes. Labelled Unisex but the height below the outer anklebone is way too high for this woman - size 6. Have spent more on Compeed blister plasters to ease the pain, but even after persevering on a simple 45minute walk each day for a week, the shoes have not eased and neither have my ankles. Ladies beweare of these unisex shoes. Wish I'd chosen ones cut on a ladies Last.”

“I can't recommend Grisport. I don't know whether their shoes and boots are any good as I am left with a pair which are too small and they refuse to replace. Beware if the box says LADIES as they say that's a printing error. Not the service I had hoped for.”

“They have sold a Rampage boot in olive green colour and they have sent a black boot in different shape. When i called them and se t few emails, they explained, this is what it is...they said, the wax, what was applied on has changed the colour slightly, but it's simple black and they said, the Italian supplier has changed the shape of the sole, when i asked why they didn't change the pictures on the website, they said their IT guys was busy with something else...they offered me £5 refund on a £100 boot, because they don't have what they are advertising... Very disappointed... Wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy.”

“My experience of Grisport customer service has so far been extremely poor. I asked them a simple question regarding the pricing of my wife’s new boots. The question required a simple yes or no answer. I asked the question via email on 26 Nov, again on 30 Nov and yet again on 3 Dec. It is now 15 Dec so I regard this non response as unacceptable.”

“I am still awaiting a reply to my complaint that I sent through your "contact us" page, with regards to my purchasing a new pair of boots during the Black Friday event. When you gave those on your mailing list a special code so we could purchase an item earlier. The trouble with that scheme was that I bought a pair of boots early only to discover that on the friday I could have bought them cheaper. I am not a happy customer. As I paid £12.20 more by using the early reduction code. No reply yet received to my complaint. Please note I really like the boots I have purchased as I have had 4 pairs of the same style.”

“Disappointing! I managed to get wide fitting boots from Grisport a few years and they are fab. Just wearing out now, so I tried to replace them. Grisport was my last bastion of wide fit actual size 5 boots left in the UK. But no longer! The widest boots available are narrow. Moreover, I do not think they will do anytohng about it as many others have commented about boots advertised as wide fit not being so. it is seriously unfair that women with wide feet cannot get boots to fit. What is going on?”

“Hello i have had many boots fro this company in the past and they have been great. i recently purchased a pair of wellies, they seemed fine untill i was in a stream and found that my feet was wet and when i checked my boots there was a water mark inside both boots.”
