Ordered EU45 but was sent EU46 .I had to use them because I'd planned a 10mile with a group.. Now I'm stuck with them..The box has EU45 on but the boot is EU46.. you should check nxt time.

I find myself dissolutioned with your product, it seems you have sold out to China. Your product now seems to be two sizes to small, not a great way to promote a quality product. In the past your boots have been top quality obviously not any more.

Boots were almost 5 numbers larger. I've tried to buy these boots three times. There have always been customer service issues, misinformation, and wrong size. I've just told a friend that was my last attempt to get Grisport boots. It's taken almost a year, and all I've found were problems.

Disappointed with my Dartmoor shoes this time scuffs all over the place had no choice but to use them as My previous pair needed replacing should have sent these back. Upset with this purchase not up to the standards I expect from my Dartmoors.

I had a bit of a bad experience this time I bought walking shoes from Grisport. I love your shoes and so does my husband. But this time I bought them from Amazon. I got a completely different pair of shoes than I ordered. When I asked to return them I eventually got the go ahead. I have been refunded for the first pair. So I ordered again from Grisport this time. The shoes were £20 more expensive than on Amazon. But I ordered any way. Unfortunately when they came they really hurt my toes, I think they were too narrow for my foot. Not your fault. So I sent those back and have now had confirmation that my refund has been done, but I haven't got it yet. I really need a new pair of walking shoes, but am worried about ordering now because of width.

I had to pay €27 on tax and vat to import the shoes through Customs. I do not recall seeing this information on the Grisport website. I would not have purchased the shoes if I had known, it made the trainers very expensive . I forwarded the Customs invoice via email, I am still awaiting a response from your Customer Service team.

Bought a pair of ladies boots for my wife. When they arrived the looked like they had been worn or tried on in a shop for about 5 year. Very disappointed and returned them back to Griport directly. Ordered another pair of Grisport boots from Next and they were perfect just as I expected.

I did not receive shoes via DPD instead they came by post BUT post office refused to deliver as postage of £6 had not been paid by Grisport. I had to fork out £6/to get shoes. Despite sending confirmation of payment I have never received my £6.

Item was left in my bin by the delivery driver which was not instructed. The bin was subsequently emptied as i wasnt made aware that the package had been left there resulting in me not recieving my purchase. Contacted DPD who told me to go through grisport to chase up the complaint and have the parcel re-sent or refunded. I am still awaiting confirmation if the parcel will be replaced

I have brought Grisport gamekeeper boots which were excellent. This is why I brought the Rampage walking boot expecting the same quality sadly I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend them. I walk 10000+ steps every day so boots normally break in very quickly but these especially the right boot has not done so. I order them and they were delivered promptly which is positive but unfortunately the boots don’t live up to the name.

Delivery by DPD to wrong address and then returned and refunded. No reply to email query (9 days ago) just email advising of refund Wish I could review the boots but now looking elsewhere Hopeful that refund will be received ok

It was my first time bought shoes from Grisport and it will also be my last time. I still haven't received my shoes for more than one week. The post office staff said they cannot give me the parcel. I need to contact DPD and seller. Grisport staff said they cannot assist and advised me to contact DPD. DPD said the same thing. I have never encountered any seller who is so irresponsible with customer service. After visited post office twice, I still have no clue where my shoes is. Hopefully Grisport will proceed refund soon

Loved grisport shoes for many years but lately the quality seems awry. Normally fit perfect straight out of box. Not so this time. Just one of those things I suppose but made worse by attitude of customer services. Atrocious.

Hi, Very sorry that a negative review was received. As we have made you aware. Worn and dirty footwear cannot be returned for a refund. Goods must be tried on at home on clean surfaces, not outside in the garden. This is clear on our website. We cannot sell worn and dirty footwear and the soles of your return were atrocious. Our response was simply that in our email to you. Grisport remains to be a high-quality and carefully manufactured product. Not all footwear will fit every customer in the way they think it should, that is why we stress that shoes need to be fully tested indoors before being relied on outdoors. Worst shop ever, do not order from the EU: Didn't deliver fully paid order, do not respond to my contact, did not inform about additional taxes on EU delivery.
