“The shoes that arrived initially were comfortable but were damaged. The replacements are fantastic however the customer service was disappointing. There was no return label in the initial package and getting a response regarding problems via email was impossible without raising a new complaint. There was no apology offered. In addition, there was no reply to the customer service telephone line on numerous occasions. Communication left much to be desired. To sum up, the shoes are great but the customer service was not”

“Boots are relatively lightweight, well made, comfortable and to be recommended. The sole feels durable but does grip the ground well. Great boots bought through the wonderful shop in Grange-over-Sands, Lancaster. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff.”

“I was very disappointed with these shoes; I went for a walk and 3 minute run, total 20 minutes, and my feet were soaked… I thought you were a ‘Which’ recommended retailer but to call the shoes waterproof was certainly not true. I do also another pair of leather Grisport upright walking 🚶‍♂️ shoes who are great and waterproof. Thank you. Dirk”

“I am very pleased with my purchase of Aztec boots: light and tough and beautifully waterproof. I walked them in for a mile at a time over a few days before taking them on a 10 mile hike; no blisters yet! I was also able to change my order easily when I ordered the wrong size, by talking to a real person by phone. I have high arches and wide feet.”

“After reading all the glowing reviews, I thought it sounded too good to be true — people saying how comfortable the boots are and that they’ve never had a single blister! I decided to give them a try and ordered three pairs. I was really pleased to be able to use the 15% welcome discount on my entire basket, even though some of the boots were already on sale — not many retailers allow that. I also received a lovely free gift set with socks, laces, and a travel mug, which was a great bonus. All three pairs fit perfectly. I’ve only worn one pair so far, but they are extremely comfortable, even without my plantar fasciitis insoles. Overall, I’m really impressed — great quality, great comfort, and fantastic value for money. Highly recommend Grisport!”

“I’ve bought grisport walking shoes several times and these are equally comfortable with previous pairs but they do leak when walking in short wet grass. Therefore 4stars”

“Grisport is an amazing company to buy from. the walking shoes were ordered on the Friday morning and I was wearing them the next day at 3pm. All their products are really well made, true to size and comfortable to wear. Just one small problem for me, as I have visual impairment, please could Grisport print everything in black and not grey? W With sight loss, it is extrenely difficult to read anything printed in grey.”
