“I have had my Grisport Dartmoor walking shoes for some years and eventually I wore out the internal soles, ordering a new pair from Grisport was quick and easy, they fitted perfectly and my shoes felt like new again.”

“Apex brown boots seem ok for price. They have mismatched laces, left boot has very short lace can just about tie a small bow. Right lace is fine. Disappointed quality control did not spot this. I now need to buy some laces. I emailed company no reply.”

“I should've gotten a size smaller however with an extra pair of socks they fit great, very comfortable and easy to wear. Don't feel as heavy as other work shoes I've had in the past which is great when you work 10hrs a day”

“Not tried a walk in my new boots yet but there is a small problem. The fold where the tongue meets the upper folds the wrong way on one boot and rubs. I'm going to try taping it up to train it to fold the right way as it doesn't rub when it's folded like the other boot. Failing that I'll have to get a piece of `neoprene to stick inside the fold to cushion it. Apart from that the boots seem good. Very light and extremely comfortable in every other way”

“I bought these boots a little while ago so I have had chance to put quite a few miles on them. I opened the box to a very nice looking/good quality pair of boots. They fitted exceptionally well, very comfortable with very supple leather. My first walk was through the Welsh countryside over footpaths, fields, rocky terrain, streams etc without breaking them in and had no problems . I've done a lot of walking since in all types of terrain , wet and dry. So far I cannot fault these boots. Very comfortable, keep my feet dry. CONCLUSION: - great buy A+”

“I bought a pair of Dartmoor walking shoes for a walk in Italy in September. I have been testing them in advance and they are so comfortable and secure, even on hot days and uneven gravel paths.”

“Delivery was prompt and the shoes look good. The only issue is that they are a quite tight size 9 compared to all of my other shoes. I am wearing them in gradually and hope they wil loosen up slightly”

“Fantastic comfortable boots. Went for alpine walking holiday with no wear-in. No problems at all. Loved the free socks too. Size wise I am a 10.5 (EUR 45) in Merrell's and the Grisport 45 is a perfect fit.”
