“Just taken delivery of another 3 pairs of grisport boots and shoes. In my opinion this brand cannot be beaten,I wear them straight from the box knowing they will fit and not cause me any foot issues.”

“I have just bought my fourth pair of brown Dartmoor leather walking shoes. I have been wearing these shoes for many years, and miles, as I find them such a good option for me as I can't wear boots. They are very comfortable from the first time of wearing, and never need 'breaking in'. I have recommended Grisport, and these shoes in particular, to other members of my Ramblers group and they have been just as happy with their purchases.”

“Ordered boots on the Sunday got a dispatch notice on Wednesday but the courier site kept stating that they were waiting for it. Contacted Grisport who were quick to reply stating its probably gone missing and we don't have the item in stock any more. I looked on website and they were still advertising the boots they had just gone up in price! Was expecting a boot bag,laces and socks "free" with my order, thought it was too good to be true and it was! Very disappointing.”

Hello Debra, Very sorry your review was not more positive. From time to time, parcels do go missing, which we have no control over but know are disappointing. Our investigations all lead to this parcel not being found within the DPD system we sent the parcel through. To which we have performed the relevant claims. Unfortunately we could not re-send the order as the item/size was out of stock after checking. Other sizes in this colour/style were available which is why they were showing on our website. The weekend offer had also finished when you checked which is the reason for the difference in cost. Why would we deliberately want to lose a sale, especially in these hard times. Hundreds of customers receive their orders and free goods (as many reviews show) normally but here you seem to be very unlucky. Kind regards Grisport UK

“Great fit straight from the box and I had no need to break them in on the first day. They kept my feet comfortable and dry all day and fantastic quality and style too!! This is my second pair and I will buy again and I recommend to my family and friends!! Love love love this brand 💗”

“I am very pleased with the boots I bought. Nice and light, a perfect fit although I have not worn it out for walks or tested for waterproofness as yet. I'm positive itll be fine. Choosing and ordering online was easy and delivery was within a few days. Thankyou”

“My wife bought a pair of Dartmoor walking shoes in Keswick and both she, and I are very impressed with them. I have since ordered a pair of Fuse Trekking boots and although I ordered the wrong size, the free returns policy is excellent. I now have a very well made and comfortable pair of boots that do not need breaking in, Thank you Grisport”

“I bought my original Aztec Crazy Horse boots early in 2021. I have wide feet, so chose the wider fitting. They were immediately comfortable - no need to wear them in - and I have worn them nearly every day since then. After two and a half years of constant wear, they were beginning to let some water in in wet weather, though still comfortable. But I decided to get a new pair before the winter. Grisport provided excellent service as they had before and I was pleased to receive a pair of socks (my previous free pair had worn out just before the boots!), a bag and some spare laces. The boots arrived as promised and have been very comfortable from the outset. And the price had actually gone down! I highly recommend Grisport and would very happily use them again.”

“Very comfortable boots that I managed to do a 5 mile hike on my wear without any issues. I am a large size 8 and the size 42 fitted perfectly and actually make my feet look smaller.”

“The Trident mean's shoes were keenly priced and are very comfortable. I've used them on a couple of hikes already and seem to be waterproof and grip very well on damp rocks. I'm very happy with them.”

“Fantastic service. I messed my dates up and Grisport changed the delivery schedule to ensure I had my boots in time. Speaking of which, the boots are fantastic and although new, fitted well with no issues and the quality is exceptional. Highly recommended.”
