“This is a great company that I heartily recommend. I have bought walking shoes and my wife has bought walking boots from them. The orders arrived very quickly and the quality of both is excellent, very comfortable and strong, and they are extremely competitively priced. What's more, we received free gifts with our purchases that were definitely worth having: neck gaiters and Merino wool socks. I liked these so much that I have since ordered an additional two pairs. In addition to all of this, they provide a free return service: a pre-printed carriage-paid return label is included with the ordered goods.”

“Such a great company to deal with and always pleased with the quality, good value and workmanship in the footwear I have bought over the years. Footwear is comfy straight from the box and sizing is always perfect. Delivery is extremely quick and there is a no quibble ,no fuss return service if necessary. Styles are very varied with many upbeat and trendy colours and looks for both hill walking and around town. Definately recommend this company all round.”

“A really well made boot. Good quality and fits perfectly and they look spot on. My only grip is the Inner sole could be softer as the sole is quite hard.”

“Ordered a pair of walking shoes from Grisport because they came out as 'Great Value' in a recent Which? survey. They arrived quickly, fitted well, and were comfortable from their first outing. They also seem to be well made and waterproof. So all great so far.”

“After much thought I have gone for 3 stars. I was pleased with the process of purchase and delivery and initially with the boots. Sadly after one day in the field one of the eyelets came away from the boot. Grisport offered a full refund so although I am disappointed in the boots I am satisfied with the way the issue has been dealt with. I was considering getting a pair of their Keeper boots as well but this is on hold while I reconsider after the failure of the Alligator boots.”

“Felt like a pair of slippers from first wear no rubbing or braking in needed.I do eight to ten miles daily over rough terrain every day with my dog seem to be well made product”

“Dear Grisport, I would love to write a review on the recent pair of walking boot that I purchased. However after trying them on they were wrapped as a special Christmas present. I won’t get a chance to try them until after the festivities. The quality of manufacturer and the service I received was excellent. I have great hopes that that fully meet my expectations.”

“Dear Mr. Grisport, Your boots have changed my life. After suffering a stress fracture of my tibia at the ankle in August, a month after my husband's death, I was struggling to walk. After 3 months on crutches and another 6 weeks hobbling, I bought your boots. I am now walking my dogs twice a day (saving me large sums of money) and although in a certain amount of pain, I am coping. I cannot thank you enough for your expertise in designing a waterproof boot which is warm, well fitting, supportive and robust enough to be worn twice a day for long walks. I could not recommend them highly enough. Julia Moore”
