“Excellent service, arrived quickly with added items which was lovely. Very impressed. I have Grisport boots which I adore, definitely the best waking boots. My husband coveted these so is delighted to have his own pair”

“My Peaklander walking boots are a good fit for my wide feet although I would have loved a half size up to accommodate thicker socks. I had to replace the insoles as I need more comfort and a higher instep, the ones provided were very hard. I was very disappointed with the free gift supposedly worth at least £30, probably less than £20 based on the website prices. I did query with Grisport but they never bothered to get back to me so I am unlikely to order again from them.”

“This is a company who give really personal service. Returns are free and simple. A real person answers the phone, promptly and politely. Their products are excellent and well priced. The surprise free gifts are a lovely addition. So glad I found them.”

“Nothing wrong with the product or the delivery time BUT a lot wrong with your online ordering process. I ordered my shoes from Grisport to be sent from the UK to Spain. Just before delivery the Spanish courier company demanded €19 in taxes and delivery charges - otherwise no delivery!! At no stage during the online ordering process was I informed this would happen. I regard this as tantamount to FRAUD. Be warned!!”

Thank you for your review. Clearly on our site, in our delivery terms we specify that duties or import fees can occur when buying from outside of Europe and are imposed by the courier and not ourselves. Unfortunately when your order was placed, due to Brexit, these fees we not able to be absorbed by us. This was certainly not fraudulent but we do hope hope this does not effect your shopping patterns with us in the future. Kind regards Grisport UK

“I bought my new Grisport Lady Trident walking shoes out of desperation, a little over a week before I was due to walk a marathon. My old walking shoes were on their last legs and during my training walks my feet were achy at only 15 miles. I knew you shouldn’t buy new shoes so close to an event but I had no choice so took a punt. I walked in them daily for the week I had them and had no niggles so walked the marathon in them yesterday. Not a single blister or mark on my feet by the end and they were comfy throughout. These shoes really are comfy straight out of the box! I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“Having requested notification from Grisport regarding new stock being available I was delighted to receive notification of new stock. Upon placing an order for Walking Boots for my Wife the same day it was very pleasing for the Boots not only to arrive a few days later but find various additional items supplied as well. “I bought some great walking boots in Winter. Sent for a more summery pair but they didn't suit me. No problems at all with ordering, delivery times, quality or ease of returning. I wish they also did walking sandals .... but I thoroughly recommend and will order again”

“My boots arrived within the stated time frame - good. Packaging etc. intact. Boots used about six times now and are easy to get used to and appear to be good quality. Not had the opportunity to test how waterproof they are. Noticed the soles shed the mud easily, maybe because the rubber is still new. That may change when they are tested on rock and shale. Surprised with the amount of gifts in the box. A nice surprise, thanks. All in all very satisfied and would purchase again. I’ll look at Grisport first for when I need walking shoes.”

“Very pleased with my new boots. This is my second pair, the first pair having last for w years. They have been used on an almost daily basis in all weathers. They are extremely light and comfortable and I couldn’t wish for more. The service was just as promised and the free gift was also very welcome and worthwhile. So well done. Would not hesitate to recommend.”
