Nothing wrong with the product or the delivery time BUT a lot wrong with your online ordering process.
I ordered my shoes from Grisport to be sent from the UK to Spain. Just before delivery the Spanish courier company demanded €19 in taxes and delivery charges - otherwise no delivery!!
At no stage during the online ordering process was I informed this would happen. I regard this as tantamount to FRAUD. Be warned!!
