“Generally my experience of buying from Grisport has been positive. The only negative was when having difficulties with online ordering I had to telephone. Because I was one day over the date for taking advantage of a 'special offer' and bearing in mind it wasn't possible to speak to anyone on the Sunday the response was in effect and disappointingly 'tough'. I didn't buy for some time and buy now mainly for the quality of the product.”

“Excellent shoes. Very comfortable, albeit a little big. Pity they don't do half sizes. Need insoles, which probably defeats the object of the construction of the shoes.”

“I bought some walking boots to replace the ones I have had for 12 years (Lady Hurricane). The old boots have become a bit of a dear friend so I was delighted when the new boots came and seem pretty much the same, hoping for another 12 years! 😊 I was so pleased I immediately went onto the website and ordered the Lady Nova walking shoes. I was very happy with these too but noticed a slight manufacturing fault in them. I contacted Grisport and was told to return the shoes for replacement. I am hopeful that the new ones will come soon and be comfortable. I was very happy when speaking to staff on the phone - Gavin and Jenny. They are a small team doing a great job. Only slight hitch was email response can be slow but this is due to them having some excellent promotions on and the increased level of business for the small team. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Grisport, well done! 😊”

“Recently purchased a pair of walking boots from Grisport. I'm really pleased with them. Well made. Good value. Seem comfortable enough. I'll probably add some plusher insoles. They feel bang on for size. I'm a size 11 and ordered a EU46.”

“Exceptional quality of saftey boot, outer build seems to be of very high quality and tastefully designed, I personally work as a refuse collector for the council and I walk 35,000 steps a day! These boots are by far the best in build quality that I've seen and they're comfortable too the only downside is they didn't come with a gel insole, which is a must for me as I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis, but none the less very comfortable and very hard wearing!”

“I have bought many pairs of Grisport boots so am clearly very happy with the boots. I’m also very grateful for the free gifts but would like to suggest that the free socks match the size of boots purchased. Also, I have had delivery issues with dpd.”

“I love the Exmoor walking shoes: perhaps too much. I use them so much that I can wear down the treads in less than a year. The problem is that I can't find any one who can then re-sole them 🙁 Great shoe - please improve the maintainability/sustainability”

“The boots were a bit big, not true to size and it was bit of a slow process to figure out the correct instructions for return because an invoice and instructions was not included in my order; however, once instructions were received the exchange was quick and straightforward and the new size fits and looks great.”
