Item was left in my bin by the delivery driver which was not instructed. The bin was subsequently emptied as i wasnt made aware that the package had been left there resulting in me not recieving my purchase.
Contacted DPD who told me to go through grisport to chase up the complaint and have the parcel re-sent or refunded.
I am still awaiting confirmation if the parcel will be replaced
