“These are my 4th pair of Hurricane boots! They are so lightweight and comfortable that they never need breaking in and I can wear them with 'normal' thin or thicker walking socks, dependent on the weather. The tread does seem to wear through fairly quickly, but I do cover a lot of miles in them. An all round excellent boot. The ordering and delivery process was great too - the free walking pack was a lovely bonus!”

“Dear Grisports, I could not fault the Grisport Company, the walking shoes I ordered are excellent, strong and comfortable, I look forward to walking the Welsh hills in them very soon. The purchase was made better by the free gifts that came along in the parcel. The ordering was easy and the delivery was very efficient. I am so pleased.”

“Absolutely delighted with service received from Grisport . Grisport contacted me due to some technical glitch were unable to supply the boots that I had ordered offering a full refund or chose another pair and a contact name and number. Chose another pair which were more expensive, spoke with Gavin who insisted on giving me the replacement boots for the same price as originally ordered. Fantastic customer care and boots were delivered within two days. Really appreciate everything that was done for me, thank you.”

“Boots seem very nice. Can’t really comment until they have been warn. Nice and light. Came up small so need to return. Company make returns very easy and were pleasant and helpful when I phoned.”

“Very good service. I bought a pair of peaklander boots, UK size 3 for wider feet. They are very roomy and I have to wear very thick socks. I probably could have gone down a size but that is not possible as that is the smallest they do. They really are fine with thick socks and another pair of ordinary socks on though. Delivery was quick and free. I also received a free gift of a pair of gaiters, lovely thick socks and a pair of laces which are all very good quality. All I would say about the laces is, and this is absolutely not a complaint because they were free after all, it would have been nice to have spare laces that would match my black boots whereas the ones I got were more suited to brown boots. Like I said though that is not a complaint just an observation. Overall, I am very pleased and have recommended to a couple of other people.”

“The boots are fine and are exactly what I wanted. The man that I spoke to was very helpful, and I ordered as he suggested. Reading the bumf that was in the box, it says to spray the boots with water proofer before each walk. Instead of the socks and hat etc perhaps some of the water proofer you recommend would be a good idea. Overall the service was very good.”

“Grisport was recommended to me my a friend. The website is easy to follow and use. The footwear is competitively priced and I received a discount for my first order plus, a gift pack of socks, water bottle and cap. The new boots arrived in good time and I was able to put them on and go walking straight away. No issues with blisters or rubbing. A great buy.”

“Ordering easy, delivery spot on. The sizing is accurate, a wide fit that is wide!! Very comfortable straight out of the box, and the weather this week, confirms they're waterproof. My only slight gripes, the laces need beefing up, the colour was much lighter than the image on the website, but it will darken with proofing, and free cap was rather small!!! All in all, highly recommended.”

“Outstanding service. Order arrived on time. The shoes are absolutely fantastic. We had to return a pair as the size was too big. Phoned to ask about the process of returning goods. The phone was answered within a few rings. No waiting in a queue. The lady I spoke with was super helpful. Within an instant, she had emailed the returns label. An amazing find.....brilliant company to deal with and awesome products. Well done! A breath of fresh air!”
