“Bought walking boots on-line, but the website was faulty and failed to give me a discount code for joining the newsletter - and subsequently pointing this out failed to get a positive response. (POOR public relations). The boots were not suitable, but the return, with pre-paid address label, was efficient (though will cost be £2.50). Refund has been notified, and I expect it will turn up in my account shortly.”

“Exceptional value and quality for the money. Currently enjoying a pair of Decoy high boots, they became slipper comfy very quickly, I wear them in wet undergrowth for field archery, and for stomping the coastal path in Wales. I can even run in them. Flexible for hiking, light on the feet, totally water proof, maybe not sufficiently rigid for mountain use- but I didn't buy them for that, I have mountain boots. Just got a pait of the huntsman in the Easter sale; just like Decoy but slighly up graded membrane and sole design (had no decoy in my size when ordering or I would have purchased Decoy again). I am sure these will also prove to be excellent.”

“Only had these a few weeks, but so far so good. Actually at the Lakes at the minute and they're proving very comfortable and solid for mountain climbing. Love the design of them too.”

“Our family of five have been walking on their boots for number of years and every one fitted well and lasted as expected, including their wide fitting range , unfortunately the latest Aztec range has changed and I had to have them stretched out by my local guy.”

“I know how Cinderella felt as she slid her foot into the glass slipper! Aaah! Bliss! I put my Saracen boots on, wore them all day round the house, and didn't take them off until bedtime. I injured my feet walking in wellingtons after my old boots sprang a leak. Since wearing my Grisport boots I realise that even my old walking boots weren't supporting my feet properly. I will never wear any other make. The socks are pretty good too!”
