“I haven't erected the greenhouse yet, and just as well with the wind we've had! Arrived promptly and carefully handled and the driver was polite and helpful. Hopefully no problems when I get round to unpacking it.”

“Delivery was easy to arrange and carried out without a hitch. That was fine. My friend did the construction and luckily for me he is good at that sort of thing as the written instructions were rubbish to follow. The 'helpful' videos were so fast they weren't at at all helpful. The greenhouse, now constructed, is good. My friend says he wouldn't have a problem another time but he will probably never have to prove that. So full marks for ordering and delivery and finished greenhouse but rubbish instructions.”

“Delivery was carried out efficiently. Driver had rung night before as delivery early a m. The actual time between ordering and delivery was longer than expected which led to a few problems with housing plants and the arrangement for the greenhouse being erected. My main disappointment not with Greenhouse stores but rather the quality of the Halls greenhouse compared with my older larger greenhouse which I was replacing.”

“Once up the greenhouse looks good, and there is plenty of room. But it took someone two days to put it up, and was very fiddly in many instances. The 'window panels kept slipping out, though other pieces went up very smoothly. You certainly need to be 'handy' and understand instructions to assemble it. Once up though it is very stable. It is not fastened to the ground and yet has survived some strong winds. I would recommend it for the cost and size, with the proviso about assembly.”

“The greenhouse is o k1 now but you need help putting g it up also special tools to do it.The plastic runners on door broke they were useless my son bought metal ones which workok very well.no way is a normal person able to assemble it.It is very nice now”

“All good. Easy ordering process and good customer service advice when I called with a question regarding the item I was thinking of purchasing. On time delivery from a very polite driver who had covered a lot of miles but obviously enjoyed his work. I found the quality of the greenhouse excellent, but as is so often the case, the instructions were a little unclear in places, although I appreciate that it is not the easiest thing to write such instructions. Item now in place and am very pleased. Overall, excellent.”

“The website was very easy to use. The ordering process was straitforward. The delivery driver was most helpfull. The only thing that let you down was the person that phoned me regarding the delivery she could have been much more helpfull. She implied that the greenhouse and glass could be dumped in the road or on the pavement. As the driver carried and used sack trucks this did not seem very sensible to say because I told her that I was happy with a delivery onto the end of my drive but not off the property. Also telling me that delivery would be AM, when I was down for delivery 4. From the comments on your website a few other customers have had these same problems! Because of this I very nearly went elsewhere.”
