“The greenhouse arrived within the promised timescales with all the parts properly described and separated accordingly. The instruction booklet covered more than one size and did take a little bit of understanding at first but once you get into the mindset of it, it is fairly straight forward to follow and implement. It looks really nice and is good value for money. I'm very pleased with my purchase.”

“The greenhouse is excellent but the instructions could do with better written instructions to go with the diagrams which in some cases were very confusing as the part numbers had changed. The packets would be better if they contained the parts for what is being assembled rather that a few from various different packets.”

“The service from Greenhouse Stores was very quick and efficient. We were phoned to advise of delivery date and time. The instructions for constructing the lean to greenhouse were however not very clear - not helped by the diagram showing several small panes of glass when we did in fact have large panes of glass instead. The frame is very flimsy and twists constantly as you are trying to put it together. You need to get frame 100% flat and straight.”

“Good greenhouse but difficult and took a long time to assemble. Instructions could be better. Some parts not fitting well. The rear glass and butter trims needed glue to hold on. Water butt and kit not used so would have been much better to have delayed purchase to have got staging and shelf free!”

“The Instructions are a bit sparse.It could be made clearer that no rubber seal is re.quired in the vented windows, and we still haven't found out what use the little plastic pieces are for but after trial and error and some head scratching the greenhouse stands proudly despite cyclone "Brian".”

“Excellent customer service and delivery service. Arrived on day stated at a time that was convenient to me. Product good although the instructions for building the greenhouse are terrible. This is why they rating is slightly reduced.”

“The greenhouse product was competitively priced but they failed to deliver on time twice. The customer service representative was courteous and offered a window-operating device free, as a gesture of good will. This also failed to arrive twice. The second representative was a little more frustrated as their records showed that the device had been sent by mail; he nevertheless undertook to send another. The device eventually arrived three or four days later. So the conclusion is that whilst mistakes happen, these guys ultimately value their good name and underwrite their service, even when it is inconvenient to do so, to the extent that I would buy from them again.”
