“The product is very good is sturdy and looks attractive. The main structure went up in half a day. However the door and window were nughtmares. The instructions on these items were non existent and we spent a lot of time ( a day) with these two items which involved assembly and dismantling several times. There were no drawings of them and I am not convinced we ahve the door right as it keeps slipping off the runners”

“Customer service was great, was kept well informed of delivery and extremely helpful and accommodating when we had some broken panes of glass. The greenhouse is as described but instructions were poor and took much longer to put together then expected.”

“the greenhouse is easy to assemble. Read the instructions twice then start. the only piece I had trouble with is the opening window. This could do with a seal for the glass. well worth the monwy”

“Delivery time and date was accurate and relatively quick . Ordering process was very simple. HOWEVER one of the panes of glass we discovered was cracked once the box was opened for installation and there was only JUST enough tiny glass support clips , so as one was dropped into the soil and couldn't be found again , we had to purchase more of both items. Given the strong likelihood of this happening , a couple of spares would have been handy.”
