“Very well made product. Instructs good. The supplied base fitting was a very good purchase to get the whole thing level and square. Only problem we had was working out how to fit the plastic seal for the all the windows.”

“The green house looks good but I'm not sure how sturdy it is. It was quite difficult for our Bulder to put it together as the small pieces of glasses are clipped together. The clips are nuisances. The website mentioned that, that is theirmost popular greenhouse. And we purchased our greenhouse based on that declaration. We should have gone for toughened glass and not the one we have.”

“The greenhouse was delivered promptly and relatively easy to put up( a few hours). We put it on to flags. We ordered the poly carbonate windows for safety reasons as we are a community allotment and we're hoping it will prove sturdy enough. No problems as yet. Looks very nice in situ.”

“Clear description of product, true to item delivered. Good customer service - from order line through delivery, they phoned to arrange delivery and to confirm - driver polite and helpful and prompt. The product was put up by husband and although he struggled at points being on his own, it went together well and looks very good. We ordered one and once erected ordered a second, 6' by 4' in green they are now fully operational. The bonus of the automatic opening window was very welcome. would fully recommend”

“The assembly instructions could be better - the diagrams could be clearer its difficult to judge which pieces go on top middle or bottom. A few added words of explanation here and there would be helpful eg there is a list of the parts to which the rubber should be fixed it would be helpful to say which pages these appear on saving a lot of referral back and forwards”

“I recently decided to once again own a Greenhouse. After some research I came upon Greenhouse Stores and it all looked very simple. I decided on a brick base which my builder prepared in line with the drawing supplied and your assembly crew Jim & Mike arrived very punctually and worked hard and efficiently for two and a half hours erecting it. The result is I am very pleased with the product and have no hesitation in recommending others. John Hankins”

“I am delighted with my greenhouse,it is exactly what I wanted and was delivered and installed on time as advised. I have only a couple of small gripes, firstly that the white paintwork is in a number of places chipped and damaged down to the bare wood, and stained blue in other places from straps, presumably in transit. I am aware the details state some scuffing may occur and have been given a pot of touch up paint, but did not expect quite the degree of damage. Having paid nearly £300 for a paint job I am disappointed with the amount of damage which has occurred. Also the installers were fast, cheerful and efficient but although they took their plastic rubbish away they did not sweep up the sawdust from the screws inserted during installation. I realise this is a very small thing and it is an outside building, however my husband is a carpenter/joiner who would not dream of leaving dust or mess in a client’s property. These 2 small things just took the shine off my lovely greenhouse slightly, it is alot of money to pay and a shame that for a little more care and diligence it could have been absolutely perfect.”
