“although the order was short and one pane broken upon notification new delivery was effected within 2 days. this time all ok. the lady who I dealt with ( forgotten her name ) was most helpful and polite. the greenhouse was erected ok and now sits proudly in my garden. good service and a pleasure to talk to.”

“All ok apart from the fact it arrived unannounced late one afternoon. We ordered it with a 3-4 week delivery, so we had time to prepare the base, but we could have had it in 3-4days postponed delivery as we had knowhere to put it, it then turned up late one afternoon, no phonecall or anything. Apart from that all good, nothing damaged ,everything we needed plus a few additional screws etc all good. The only downside is I bought a 8'x10' blockley aluminium. If the greenhouse stores do an erection service, then have them do, it it one of the most laborious and frustrating things I have ever done!!!!!!! Base needs to be perfectly level, also.”

“The greenhouse structure itself is fine. It's what we ordered. It took over 4 weeks for the Assembly as the fitter was very busy. We paid what I think is a lot of money, £375 to wait 4 weeks. Also, the free staging was not the same colour as the greenhouse, no wonder it was free! The greenhouse shading which we did pay for has not been used as we can't work out how to fit it. We even asked some friends to help and they couldn't work it out either. The fitter told us it was simple!! That was a waste of money!”

“I thought the Eden greenhouse was a bit flimsy, the window is not very well designed and would be better if self opened, I think the price is quite high and the blinds pretty useless.”

“The delivery was quick and helpful. The greenhouse once built is strong as we get loads of strong wind. Only issue is with the instructions aren’t clear whatsoever so best to look online/YouTube and I didn’t get a wheel or but for the door but I should have rung customers service to be honest.”

“Efficient delivery to an off road location; packaged well; all items present; instructions adequate but would be much improved by a complete start-to-finish U-tube demonstration of the assembly and erection.”

“Seems quite sturdy once you have managed to get it together, the instructions are something else. What nightmares are made off. Fixing the greenhouse to the base should have nuts and bolts, nothing supplied. Polycarbonite mastic is also a very good plan.”
