“Overall very happy with the greenhouse now it's finished, although we did have a couple of issues with assembly. Firstly we were not sent all the correct feet, one of them was wrong (effectively we were sent 2 corners the same rather than each one being a mirror of the other) and we had to manufacture our own holes to get it to fit properly. Secondly, we discovered that the instructions were outdated with the incorrect part numbers, and we were even sent parts that were not required on the door mechanism which caused us a great deal of confusion and we had to call customer services to get an explanation.”

“Order and delivery process was efficient. The greenhouse seems good quality, solid. Unfortunately, not solid enough to completely resist Storm Hector, so 4 days after we finished constructing it, one side blew out and we had to replace two panes. We wait with interest to see how it withstands an east coat winter. You could provide more clips and spring clips, they are easily lost so some spares would be handy.”

“The greenhouse was delivered promptly and any problems with broken glass sorted out speedily. They put us in touch with a good guy to fit the greenhouse too. The actual greenhouse is a little more flimsy than I expected having been used to an old type of greenhouse but it seems to do the job”

“The greenhouse is great and looks good BUT, the instructions for building it left a lot to be desired. Even my son in law, who is used to such things, was baffled and got it wrong. I reckon I must have had to take partly apart at least three times before we got it right. Otherwise, great Thank you”

“The delivery of our 6x4 Burford was on time and everything immaculately packed. Thanks to dreadful weather and soggy ground it was several weeks before we could lay a suitably stable foundation so the pieces stayed packed. The instructions seemed clear but were lacking some details. The best instruction was NOT to tighten the nuts and bolts. We lost count of the times we had to make adjustments to correct angles, heights and fit roof glazing bars correctly. (A phone call to the help line sorted that one out.) Whilst browsing the web site I discovered the Tips & Hints which gave actual measurements that would have saved us much time, cussing and frustration plus that phone call. Why oh why were those instructions not included in the original instructions???? We have almost lost interest in completing the greenhouse although we still have glazing and the double sliding doors to do. Being married to a non-DIYer, I am a pensioner virtually doing this myself and the frustrations over the original instructions have almost put me off doing any more. What we have managed to complete so far is looking great.”

“Excellent product delivered as scheduled. Concerned however about the time it took to install - as a DIY non-expert I used a local handyman who took some 15 hours to erect the complete greenhouse (expensive!!). Would it be possible to deliver part assembled for future customers? But it is a really excellent product.”

“The greenhouse shed combination is ideal for a small garden. Well finished and was quickly erected by two guys who were polite and efficient. The only criticism I would have is that the company who supply the item required evidence that the base was constructed before they would schedule delivery 5 weeks in the future, which meant the contents of my previous shed had to be in the garden exposed to elements for 6 weeks”

“Depends who you spoke to on the phone, but generally, apart from one guy, they were really helpful in sales. Installation went well, it took all day, the chap look pretty tired, so nothing of a handover given, but he did work hard. One or two of the glass mouldings keep popping out, but I do my best to look out for that. Nice looking greenhouse though”
