“Delivery was in two parts. Frame work was delivered first and left where requested at the side of the house out of sight of the road. However, the glass was delivered the next day and left against the garage in full view of the road. We were away for a few days so had to organise a friend to move the glass out of sight. Assembly of the frame was a fairly lengthy affair and took a couple of days. The instructions were adequate but some of the drawings were very difficult to properly understand and required a couple of rebuilds to get it right. Assembly of the greenhouse was straightforward and glazing was simple though one pane of toughened glass shattered when it was picked up. Warning: the replacement cost £40 from a local glass supply. Overall this is a very satisfactory product but this was expected.”

“From placing the order to the delivery of the greenhouse, I found everyone I came into contact with either on the phone or face to face (the driver) to be extremely helpful. “Greenhouse Stores provided a first rate service, good communication and delivery on time. I bought an Eden Birdlip 4x4 greenhouse for an older relative and my only criticism would be that this greenhouse is extremely complicated to erect and the instructions are not always very clear. The picture examples need to be larger and in more detail. The individual parts need to be stamped clearer with the part numbers as when powder coated these numbers almost disappear.”

“Ordering was simple. Delivery was prompt. Quality was as expected. When I had a need for a replacement part I called the customer service line and a replacement part was issued promptly. Only criticism is the manual is pleasant challenge, but workable. And I would drill out the holes for the frame for the door so that the screws fit. The need for the replacement part came from the screw head failing due to the force required to twist the screw into the frame. Thanks for the good customer service chaps! B”
