“The greenhouse is good quality and was delivered by a very helpful person. Now the greenhouse has been built we are very pleased with it. However, we did find the assembly instructions hard to follow in places - the diagrams were not easy to read and wording was a bit sparse at times - but we did finally manage to construct it and are very happy with our purchase.”

“My 4* is bases mostly on greenhouse stores and not the greenhouse itself. The delivery was a little over the promised day, the delivery guy however was fab. He was so polite, despite the rain and moved each section, a total of 15 trips to my back garden without so much as a grumble. It has to be said the greenhouse itself was a nightmare to put up. I have done many small build projects but between my husband and I it took about 4 days to put this up. The directions were abysmal, you have to be very patient to work out what the non descriptive diagrams mean, in the end we threw them away and just concentrated on putting what we though went where. The capping I paid an extra £75 for was cut into various different lengths, non of which corresponded to the sizes we needed. When I called the office I was basically told that I was incorrect, they are all the correct length, I was told to stand the lengths up against the panes, like I hadn't already done that, well no I'm afraid when each and every piece is 30cms too long you know it's not you. After speaking to another colleague he finally acquiesced and said it was a generic size we had to cut down as required. We then had to buy a special tool to cut this fairly rigid plastic, which took a long time. Finally up I'm pleased with it, it's really good quality, but my goodness it was hard work.”
