“the green house was of good quaility for the price”

“Good product delivered on time (phone call on day before giving 1 hour slot for delivery) the only minus was ordering extras at a later date the delivery charge was to high considering I had already payed £500 for my greenhouse. I would advise anyone making an order to be sure and include all foreseeable extras at the same time..”

“The quality of the greenhouse was excellent all the part were complete on delivery. However some part numbers did not match up with the numbers in the installation manuel (apparently this is because some have recently changed) Not a major problem just an inconvenience, the same issue for the glass part numbers. My main comment would be that the instruction manual only has pictutes and is not very clear in some sections, for example it show that when making the side pannells they should ve completely bolted toghther when in fact you need to separate the top and bottom section to allow you ti fix them to the back and front sections. If the instruction manual had just a few words and tios to help it would have made the whole job so much easier. I wolud say if you have not constructed a greenhouse before you need to allow yourself 2 days to complete and you need two peole especially when fitting the glass.”

“Came back one year on to buy a second greenhouse (very happy with model 8x6 Green Grow Master) and placed my order on BH Monday. As delivery not made by Thursday (it does state 5 working days), I phoned GH Stores to explain I would be on Holiday from the Sat until May 3rd and gentleman helpfully offered to arrange delivery on May 4th. On my return on May 3rd, I was met by 3 unsuccessful delivery notes from the courier. When I phoned to enquire, I was told that I stated my return would be on the 26th and delivery arranged for the 27th. I realise that I was away celebrating my 60th Birthday, and that dementia is knocking on the door, but in what world am I likely to take the time to phone up on the eve of my holiday and not know my return date? It was only because the employee was insistent that it was my fault, and failed to accept ownership of the cock-up that I am writing a negative review. Begrudgingly, and now with my hackles up, he accepted that he needed to sort things out, and eventually it was, even though the frame turned up a day later than the plexi. A shame because product and price are good, and my previous experience was fine. I feel a Customer Care refresher course for said employee would not be wasted.”

“Was very impressed with my new greenhouse. All the parts arrived safely and were installed within a few hours. Such an improvement on my old one and I love the green frame. Really good value for money - I have costed greenhouses locally and was horrified by the price - could not have done better than I did with Greenhouse Stores. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“I love this greenhouse - it was a very good price indeed, which was important as I have a limited budget. Putting it together was a piece of cake too. Everything was extremely well labelled and the instructions clear. The benches are sturdy and easy to put together and the base was simple to install and concrete in.
