“The service was excellent. Our greenhouse was delivered bang on schedule, in first class condition and really well labelled. Assembly instructions were very clear. I had to phone to ask an assembly related question and got immediate and helpful guidance. The greenhouse is terrific quality and we are delighted. It is great value for money too!”

“It was easy and pleasant from start to finish. They are a friendly and helpful company, they helped me with my order, delivered on time and came and erected the greenhouse within a week of delivery. I am very pleased with the quality of the greenhouse and it was nearly £200 cheaper buying direct than from the garden centre. I would certainly use Greenhouse Stores again. Thank you for an excelling buying experience.”

“Order and delivery process was efficient. The greenhouse seems good quality, solid. Unfortunately, not solid enough to completely resist Storm Hector, so 4 days after we finished constructing it, one side blew out and we had to replace two panes. We wait with interest to see how it withstands an east coat winter. You could provide more clips and spring clips, they are easily lost so some spares would be handy.”

“The greenhouse was delivered promptly and any problems with broken glass sorted out speedily. They put us in touch with a good guy to fit the greenhouse too. The actual greenhouse is a little more flimsy than I expected having been used to an old type of greenhouse but it seems to do the job”

“Very pleased with my greenhouse, managed to assemble it mainly on my own, the very last pack of glass was broken but I couldn't be sure if before delivery as I hadn't been there to open and check, so I just sorted my own replacement, but otherwise everything perfect!”

“Ordered by phone and got great service. Delivery was ready for the promised day but, as it was by then a difficult day for me, was able to defer delivery for a week. Fantastic to have delivery to Highlands of Scotland with any surcharges. Instructions were included but were also emailed which allowed me to study them. This was handy as they were not very good - but this is not Greenhouse Stores’ fault. The product is good value and I would happily deal with Greenhouse Stores again.”

“The whole kit came very well packed when promised. The most delicate, and heaviest, part of the package was the glass. All the panes arrived in pristine condition! Construction, whilst it took 2 of us about 3 days, was relatively straight forward using the instructions provided. The only criticism could be about the fixing of the frame to the ground using the method explained in the manual. Good luck to anyone who can sink piping into the ground to the prescribed depth. Simply not possible in our garden.”
