“Our greenhouse purchase went through like clockwork with no problems. Service was excellent and we were able to make a change to our order without a problem. Our greenhouse was delivered and erected early and we are very happy with the service provided by all concerned.”

“Overall very pleased with the Greenhouse. Able to erect by 2 of us in just over a day (after putting the base in). Had slight problem with getting door to run along runner but now OK. Delivery was made on day stated by very helpful driver who put whole delivery into my garage for me. Would use greenhouse stores again.”

“Once the greenhouse has been completed its sturdy and looks good. I would point out however that the instructions and pictures are pretty inadequate and unless one has built a similar greenhouse or got one to look at as guide or you are an exceptionally good DIY expert I do not recommend building it yourself. There is one particular point where the instructions tell you to cut the plastic strips which hold the polycarbonate in place which personally I wouldn't recommend doing. I managed to finish this section without any cutting and it worked well.”

“Very helpful on the customer support even to the extent of sending an immediate replacement at own cost when it was discovered that the wrong base had been sent originally. Very impressed with that. However it was unfortunate that the glass pieces to accommodate the louvre vents had not been considered and I had to locate a local glass cutter (not easy to find these days) to cut them to size. All finished and looking good now. I have discovered that the automatic louvre vent openers were too complicated and unwieldy to install and have decided to do without them. My own fault for not investigating more thoroughly. Perhaps more info could be included on the web site.”

“The purchase of our Swallow Raven greenhouse/shed combo was pretty seamless. We got all the options we wanted, the manufacture was quick and the fitting was professional. Some of the extras such as the wood floor in the shed part are definitely worth having as you couldn't fit them for the same cost yourself after you'd bought the parts. The single criticism of the product is that the locks are obviously pre-fitted so we have to lift the shed door a tiny bit to get it to lock. Overall this is really minor and we were very, very pleased with the product, which looks great and is professionally manufactured.”
