“Very good service all round. The packages arrived the day that I was told they would. Building the greenhouse was straightforward and looks great. I would recommend the toughened glass option if it suits a buyers' pocket - I think it is probably easier to assemble than horticultural glass and no doubt quicker, too. The build took several hours, over a couple of days.”

“Quality OK, service & delivery good. On the downside, spares & accessories seem exorbitant for what they are, e.g. shelving as part of greenhouse deal = £24, shelving on its own = £39 ! Would like to have given "good" or even "very good" rating, but because of very high accessory prices can only give "Acceptable"”

“when John the fitter opened boxes the base was silver not green (to match greenhouse) but we let that go. Also 4 toughened glass panes were broken but fitter sorted that very quickly for us. Only had wait a couple of days for replacements panes and have them in place. John made a smashing job of erecting greenhouse and after initial hiccups we are really please with it .”

“They were very understanding about my very specific delivery date. Kept me constantly up dated. Will absolutely recommend them. We made a couple of mistakes in the construction and thought it was crap and didn't go together. IT WAS OUR FAULT. It actually went together PERFECTLY once we realised OUR mistake. Gorgeous. I LOVE my shed.”

“Good value for money once put together but that was a massive job! The instructions are all pictures, nothing written. The instructions refer to numbers on the parts but only the main uprights have numbers on them. Took a professional 4 hours and a lot of swearing!”

“When the greenhouse arrived the only problem i had was to understand the manual because it did not have the 4x4 greenhouse on the book. When I phoned up they told me that the6x4 was the most common one sold so the manual was all about that one. Now that it's finished it's brilliant but I do believe I've got a few more grey hairs.”
