“I was very pleased with the service, delivery, erection and quality of my Swallow GB Ltd of Rotherham.”

“I had some problems with the product, such as on piece of glass broken and pieces of frame firmly stuck together with paint, but these were sorted out effectively. There are some small parts that I couldn't work out where they go, but doesn't seem a big deal. I did want to switch the door from a standard slide to the left to a slide to the right to open, and this required a number of additional holes to be drilled. Would have been good to have this as an option. Otherwise I am happy with the greenhouse and am looking forward to using it. When I ordered the delivery was 14 days, and then I received emails saying 21 days. The latter was achieved, but my expectation at time of purchase was that this would be a 14 day delivery, so I have flagged it as late.”

“I was impressed with the customer service from Greenhouse stores. I required a small replacement component for my opening vent on the greenhouse roof. Greenhouse stores were able to supply this part at a very reasonable price and the delivery was very prompt. I would definitely order parts for my greenhouse from Greenhouse stores in the future.”

“I'm always slightly dubious of ordering a large item such as this online but I'm really pleased with this order. The packages were delivered promptly and in good condition. The greenhouse itself is of very sturdy construction and looks great. I can't wait to get started!”
