“Long delivery time but well worth waiting for. It arrived expertly packed and labelled which made it a pleasure to assemble. I spent the whole of June assembling it without help. Absolutely fascinating and quite addictive.”

“Very pleased with the greenhouse with one minor but annoying exception. The recommended erector was excellent fuelled by regular cups of black tea !! The exception was when I wanted a second hose fitting for the gutters (not realising I had only requested one) to be told that while it would cost “x”, delivery would cost £25. Obviously haven’t heard of parcel force, DHL etc etc.”

“Greenhouse delivered ahead of schedule. Quality of product overall very good*. Packaging of glass has only supplier in mind. Part identification poor. Instruction booklet has all the information but the format / design and lack of detail in places causes much re-work and frustration. * T fastener material machining goddam awful. Probably as many as 20% sheared on assembly / unfastening. Four stars is purely on finished assembly. Dream on, if one person can assemble in 3 days as I was told by Customer Services. More like 2 people who have assembled a similar greenhouse before. Novices and to these instructions try 2 people for a week !”

“Service was second to none. I have just had the greenhouse built for me this weekend and on opening the glass panels found that two were cracked and one was totally broken. Unfortunate but this now leaves me with having to get 3 new panes cut for me tomorrow. Could be packed better.”

“The greenhouse is very good but the instructions were poor (hence the 4 star): It arrives in kit form with an instruction leaflet Inside which was a photostat and not very clear, it was also out of date which i found out much later. I discovered an updated copy on the website which was much clearer and up to date. It does not tell you at what state to put the rubber seals on (do this once the main frame is completed) so i wasted a lot of time at the beginning trying to fix it on. Otherwise I am very pleased with the completed greenhouse. I had one piece of broken glass. I was asked to buy a piece locally and was refunded in full.”

“I found the greenhouse easy to erect , I put the framework up in a day and glazed it the next all on my own. There was one pane broken but was replaced with no hassle . I wanted an extra vent opener, went to the unit to pick it up the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.”
