“Dear Sirs, I write to advise you that l have been happy with the greenhouse although limited until now because of health problems. But … l have had and am having problems with the clips holding the glass in place; they dont seem to be robust enough and l have lost three glass panels due to wind blowing them out. Your advice and comments would be welcome.”

“Greenhouse good, seems very sturdy Bolts and clips to attach to a hard floor would be useful. Delivery very efficient phoned before delivery and helped with safe storage. Instructions are (as with all self build things) difficult to follow, and it is not always easy from the diagrams which way parts go. The numbering of all the parts does help however. The instructions I received were for normal glass and the tempered glass I had is different-although easy to sort out.”

“I wouldn't have another, the main frame is strong. But, the door is a terrible design, very hard to open or close. Plus 2 panes of grass were broken, not wrap in paper.”

Hello Mr Harris. It sounds like you need to make a small adjustment to the bottom runner on your door. Elite have been attempting to contact you with regards to rectifying it but have been unable to get hold of you. Can you please give them a call 01204 791488 and they will get that rectified for you.

“Greenhouse was delivered very promptly. Fairly easy to build with the recommended two people. The assembly instructions were fairly clear although identifying some of the parts was a little difficult.”

“Good product and service, by and large. My frame was fine, but the glass delivery had mistakes in it. After discussion, Greenhouse Stores agreed to send a further consignment of glass, although I had to wait about 5 weeks for it to be delivered. This delivery was correct, and I completed the greenhouse with it. I had to cut one sheet of glass to suit the louvre ventilator I had bought, which I think is poor to expect the customer to cut glass. It took a long time to make - over a week of full days (14ft x 8ft greenhouse). You need a suction gripper to safely install the roof glass.”

“Delivery was on time as promised. I would have preferred the glass to be in a container/box so that myself and the courier didn't have to carry it a sheet at a time up the driveway. The after sales was excellent, I had trouble grasping some of the simple line drawings for construction , perhaps photos would be better. However the phone help resolved the problem quickly, thank you. The greenhouse is well made.”

“Surprise!..I read the instructions first..after I did the first side it got fairly easy as I went along..How the delivery carried the glass I,ll never know.the glass was packed really WELL! Really pleased with my new greenhouse. Ps. I had no trouble putting it by myself.”

“Greenhouse itself is excellent but the instructions for construction are absolute rubbish. It took 3 men 9 hours to construct just the frame and then probably 1 man a further 10 days to finish the job including several minor rebuilds as the instructions were so muddled. Automatic vent not closing properly. Other than that very pleased.”
