“Greenhouse made and ready for delivery within a week. Staff very helpful and constructed the green house efficiently. Very smooth process from beginning to end.”

“Excellent delivery service I was at work on the delivery day. Delivery driver left the greenhouse in my garage unfortunately I left the alarm on the driver called me at work and offered to stay while my daughter came to turn the alarm off. I told him it was okay my daughter only lives two minutes away, really impressed by him unfortunately I can't remember his name.”

“Placing my order was trouble free. The firm contacted me when delivery was due and that was sooner than I had expected. Delivery was advised as to approx time of day and made more specific on the day. The delivery person was especially helpful, placing the product ordered exactly where I wanted and then gave me some useful tips on the assembly of the product. I am also very pleased with the product purchased.”

“Although the delivery was longer than the original estimate given at order, it arrived on time and the communication was good. It eventually came down to about an hour for its arrival. The information in the pack was very good and was really easy to follow. The only issue was with the glazing seal, very difficult to fit needed a flexible technique with the fingers and a very small screwdriver.”

“The kit arrived in time, well packed and ready for assembly. Everything fitted well and the finished article looks very good, just as advertised. The actual assembly was MUCH more difficult than imagined and well-nigh impossible, I would suggest, for other than those with an advanced technical knowledge and ability. I have fairy competent skills in the DIY field, together with years of making and mending satisfactorily but had to resort to the consummate skills of a friend in the joinery business! Perhaps it is just me but maybe you could warn other future customers that it isn't just a 'lego'-kit but a fairly advanced building exercise!”

“The greenhouse arrived early, which was good, it meant we could get it erected sooner. The glass panel that fits below the opening on the roof hadn't been cut to the correct size and so it overhangs into the gutter. Hopefully this won't create a problem, only time will tell. The door, it runs a bit rough. Maybe just a bit of getting used to. On the whole though I'm very pleased with the greenhouse. I love the fact it's green!”
