“Smooth Transaction”

Helpful Report

“Good greenhouse but instructions were awful. Brain surgery would have been easier. The diagrams and instructions were appalling. Need to be a lot simpler. The door doesn't close properly either rubbing on the bottom run. Most people would not have been able to construct it - even my father who is a site manager struggled.”

Helpful Report

“Service was excellent. Delivery was timely and the greenhouse was well packaged. Very pleased.”

Helpful Report

“Arrived quickly on date they told us. All very well packed with no damaged parts.”

Helpful Report

“Efficient service and good advice on products”

Helpful Report

“Although the final result turned out ok getting there was a challenge, delivery good much sooner than quoted ,well packaged polite delivery man The instruction are a joke, not being over practical I enlisted the help of an engineer friend and we both struggled drawings only no written clues or tips great deal of guesswork involved several things out of order so several needs to back track undo start again etc someone at the company without prior experience should be asked to build one then rewrite the book.Despite instuctions happy with the final product”

Helpful Report

Helpful Report

“Delivered what they said, when they said”

Helpful Report

“Delivery and build went very smoothly. Greenhouse looks great.”

Helpful Report

“Quality goods, provided at the right price in good time.”

Helpful Report

“Extremely helpful with specific delivery date. Difficult access for driver who single-handed carried everything down the lane - deserves a pay rise. The photo-copied instructions - in particular the photos could be improved though. Easy enough to put together - am a 5 ft older (not too old) female. Had some help from son when putting frames together. Would recommend the base frame - made life easier.”

Helpful Report

“Good stock, Easy to access & order quick delivery and quality products for a realistic price”

Helpful Report

“I have sent an e-mail for items I can't find but otherwise quality is excellent, I look forward to seeing and using the finished Greenhouse. Stan”

Helpful Report

“Very good service and follow up with after sale”

Helpful Report

“Can't say too much yet as we haven't assembled it yet!”

Helpful Report

“Product was good but a nightmare to put up because the instructions were useless.”

Helpful Report

“Ordering was easy. Goods were delivered quickly. Fairly easy to construct. Overall satisfied with experience.”

Helpful Report

“They called a week before the delivery was expected and when it arrived. The downside to this is that 7 of the glasses shattered during the delivery and it still hasn't been solved after phoning them twice.”
