“I purchased an 8x8 Saturn/Diana, overall I am very pleased with product and service. The installation is tricky and the manual must be followed, there is a limited description but ample diagrams. A few wrinkles when installing, i.e. a couple of redundant parts due to design changes, the folding staging would not fit the 8x8, only one position to fit a louvre window. However, all issues were resolved satisfactorily over the phone and I was promptly reimbursed for the folding staging after t was returned.”

“Well pleased with the sturdiness & quality of the finished greenhouse, & with the toughened glass, it certainly helps the rigidity. I almost bought a twinwall plastic similar version, but was not convinced that it would stand up to the strong winds we had seen earlier in the year, the fence needed repairs on three different occasions. It was also almost half the cost of the twinwall, & at over 200kg (according to the carriage labels) I think the weight will help to keep it steady.”

“Excellent service and communication. The delivery man struggled as really the frame and the glazing is a '2 man ' load Having glazed the greenhouse, it was apparent that a glass pack was missing, they dealt with the problem very quickly and the missing glass arrived within a couple of days.”

“THE DELIVERY WAS GOOD, WITH THE DELIVERY MAN BEING VERY HELPFUL. THE DIAGRAMS FOR CONSTRUCTING THE GREENHOUSE WERE OK, BUT I DID HAVE TO GO OVER THEM A FEW TIMES TO UNDERSTAND THEM. A FEW WORDS OF TEXT WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFUL TO GO WITH THE DIAGRAMS.”

“Great looking greenhouse with a good strong feel. The clips to hold the glass in place was tricky but feels secure. I had two auto vents as part of the offer but please note the holes need to be drilled as the holes don't match up, my only negative with an otherwise great greenhouse.”

“The quality of the product is good but the instructions are very confusing as it's not obvious what is the front or side on some components. The design of the frame structure seems overly complicated with too many channels. The You Tube guide is for a large greenhouse. The instruction book lists the parts as 1,2,3,4,5 but the diagrams don't make it clear which is 1 or 2 or 3. It needs to be more like a car workshop manual. Lots of spare nuts, bolts, washers, screws and seals but some of the nuts need to be captive as they slide in channels and easily fall out when assembling which is infuriating.”

“A good all round greenhouse delivered promptly by a very helpful driver. Looks really good now that it is erected, my only criticism's are that the plans are too vague and enlargements too small and the help video's online only cover one type of greenhouse. My other concern was that some accessories that we needed later were extremely expensive so I found another website offering the same goods at a far cheaper price and they actually came direct from the manufacturers, so why couldn't they do them for the same price?”
