“Greenhouse looks really good now we've built it, and it was such a good price compared to other suppliers. Our only negative comment would be that the instructions could have been clearer.”

Helpful Report

“Very efficient and communicative. They kept to arrangements and price with no catches. The delivery man or driver from Eden/Halls was extremely helpful, taking time to point out possible problems and how to overcome them. After sales care was excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending any potential customer to use ths company.”

“I ordered a 4' x 8' Elite Windsor lean to with an aluminium base and had it all green powder coated. Both were worthwhile additions. It arrived on time and the driver was very helpful placing it all in my garage and providing useful advice. When it came to assembly there were one or two problems, mainly with the instructions and inadequate diagrams. Because mine was 8' long there were also some parts shortages. However, the customer service from Elite Greenhouses was excellent. All missing parts were shipped the next day and both Sue and Phil could not have been more helpful. It is now complete, looks great and is exactly what I envisaged.”
