“Was very disappointed that although the advert said we could have £10 discount, we have never received it, despite the fact we have phoned up about it and was promised it would be paid into our account, it never was. So feel that was really naughty of you.”

“It's a pity that there was a mixup with the glass delivery for my greenhouse and as I rely on a son to help on his day off with the erection and we had hoped to get the construction done before the weather broke for the winter. Now we will have to wait until the spring and I will not have the benefit of the covered natural light sheltered area to over winter my tender plants and to plant out seeds for an early start next year. Appreciating that errors and mix ups happen to a percentage of orders is what keeps the fifth star in reserve until the flatpack finally matures into my Lean to Greenhouse. Thank you for the opportunity to leave a comment or two. PG.”

“Greenhouse were very good indeed as for the garage two days to put up try a week on a 20 by 10 and a dozen tubes of mastic to stop it leaking and several additional fittings to get the thing to fit to gather and now my hair has re grown after pulling it out trying to decipher the instructions fairly happy I can now store my bit and bobs in there.”

“The greenhouse was as we expected and we are pleased with it. The only problem we had was that the instructions for the vent and the door runners were not very clear, but we figured it out because we have erected several greenhouses. However a novice might struggle.”

“Cheap and great service. But the instructions were very hard to understand. I would read them twice if I knew. Good quality and remember that it you order say a 6 by 4 it actually is a few inches bigger. Lucky I made by base too big for my 8 by 6 one”

I am pleased with the greenhouse although the instructions were not particularly clear with photographs of sections instead of diagrams and they were too blurred and dark also some instructions and diagrams were omitted for the final section. However it has gone together with some intuition and looks great.”

“Delivery was from source supplier so apart from discussing options and ordering with Greenhouse and receiving assembly instruction interaction was minimal. Expectation was suggested at 21 days. Did not get contact until day 20 and request was to deliver on day 28 which was not possible. I had to call supplier to chase next option, but only delivery to my area was on a Friday which was day 35. Product arrived in a single package of about 150 kg - well done to driver who had to manhandle off vehicle and deliver to rear of property. Construction delayed by poor weather - do not try in windy weather. Instruction manual daunting to look at but goes down to fine detail and if followed works well. Feels flimsy in construction but gets more secure as building progresses and feels solid as the roof trusses are added. Product itself? Only time will tell for durability but I am pleased with the shed having achieved my immediate requirements for capacity and have to admit it looks good. Plastic expansion anchors certainly needed silicon to waterproof and the window needs to be sealed as well”
