“Unfortunately my greenhouse didn't arrive in the 7-14days as was advertised on the website, so phoned greenhouse stores to find out why, they apologised and said l would receive it in the next 2 days which didn't really happen as I only received the glass, another phone call to them and they sorted everything out, think it was the couriers fault more than the greenhouse stores, the rest arrived the next day, and I am more than happy with my greenhouse,”

“I Found the greenhouse to be satisfactory but the instructions a pain both my sons are engineers and they said they were the worst instructions they had ever had to follow. The other issue I had was that t was told the greenhouse would be delivered from noon onwards I had to take my husband who is disabled to a clinic but made sure I was back by twelve noon only to find it had been left on my drive it was impossible for me to move it on my own I had to wait for my sons to move it which was most inconvenient.”

“Excellent once up. The instructions start detailed and get more vague as you go on. The detailed diagrams were too small: It was difficult to see which way round the profile of the strut needed to be. In particular I had to have several attempts to do the door before I got it right. Overall it was like a three dimensional puzzle where you find the piece at the end should have been put in first (in my case turned the other way round). However once up I am pleased with the result.”

“I am happy with the greenhouse but we did have some problems when fitting the door, the glass would not fit and we had to drill more holes in the bottom to make it fit otherwise a very nice fixture for my garden.”
