“Excellent product, went together easily and is a quality product. I would definitiely recommend the red cedar wood greenhouses. Delivery was quick and when promised. Unfortunately two of the sheets of glass were the wrong size and one of the gutter fittings was missing. To compound this, when the replacements arrived they only sent one sheet of glass, despite the despatch note correctly stating there should have been two! However a second replacement arrived the following day. All that said, would I recommend this company? Yes, I would. The products and price are good, delivery is when promised, and their customer care people were very helpful, apologetic and easy to deal with when there was a problem. So despite the minor problems, a thumbs up from me.”

“Quick response to my internet order via a telephone call re delivery . Delivered on the day specified by a helpful and gracious young man. Instructions were sufficient and all parts, screws and bolts included. I love my greenhouse!!”

“I echo the comments from others regarding the instructions, they are not clear enough for the average DIY assembly. It took 2 of us all day to just get the frame together, no poly was put in until the second day, then there was the problem of which way round do the plastic strips go, the ones on the sliding door had to be held in with clear weather proof outdoor sealant. To complete the job as we were not on a completely level surface we finished off by sticking UPVC profile around the bottom edges of the base to give a nice cosmetic look, it's now completed and looking good. Ask me how it performs late spring 2016.”

“The build quality of the components for the greenhouse is excellent, and delivery was good. Customer Services were always responsive to enquiries. I am very satisfied with the finished product. However, the materials quality is not matched by the quality of the instructions, which are messy and poorly thought out, with multiple instruction sheets to cover the various permutations of size, configuration etc. For this reason I rate this only 6/10, as there is obvious room for improvement and with a small investment far better instructions tailored to the individual product could be produced.”

“Very pleased with the service and the product. Just one problem when the delivery driver said he was short of a pack of glass and that it would be with us in three weeks. This did not inconvenience us and true to his word the glass was with us at the stated time. I would recommend you in spite of this slip up.”

“Free delivery was good, would have been nice to have a choice of delivery dates though, but did get a call beforehand confirming delivery. Actual construction not too hard if you follow the instructions carefully- 2 people needed. Resulting shed is perfect for our needs, appears to be sturdy, good-looking, already thinking of ordering another one.”

“Having suffered with Emphysema for the last sixteen years, a move to a new bungalow and large garden. My wife and I decided to get a greenhouse. We purchased a 6 x 10 feet. Delivered one week later. My wife was a little concerned about putting it together as we are both in our seventies. The kit arrived and was packed in convenient packages with good instructions, and for the next five days we put it together in the back garden, had I been fitter, I probably would have completed it in just over one day! Now complete, I look back at my youth when I Had Meccano, every piece fitted exactly, it was fun. All I can really say; it was provided with a very high spec of engineering. Worth every penny”
