“Tricky installation at times, instructions not always clear.”

“Instructions for building frame looked complicated at first, but soon got the hang of it. Found the glass to be very fragile, small shards would flake off the edges, also broke a couple of pieces which were a very tight fit. had I known that horticultural glass was so thin would not have purchased it. Once finished I did not feel safe with the glass and I purchased the polycarbonate pack from you at an extra cost of £174. Product would be better if horticultural glass was not sold with it. Now glass removed and polycarbonate sheets fitted I am very happy with my purchase.”

“Value for money, prompt delivery, definitely requires two to erect, good customer support. My only criticism would be the instructions are just drawings, there were a couple of times I could have done with an explanation. Very pleased with purchase”

“Am pleased with my purchase. Only downside is having spent almost £1000 to find if I want spouting it's extra which I find disgusting. It should automatically come with the greenhouse.”

Hi, The downpipes are in the options of the greenhouse as the majority of customers do not opt for them.

“Greenhouse delivery on time & all there. As my son was erecting the greenhouse he felt the instructions weren't as detailed as could have been. Also the print of ours instructions was decidedly feint so quite difficult to read. However it has been much admired since completed.”

“Only fault is the door such small nylon wheels one broke after only a week and door fell out now we have replaced it all good but this could be so easily put right with better runners great greenhouse looks very nice thank you”

“The green house it’s self is very good no complaints there. But I think the delivery was very bad I was told that I would be contacted three day before to arrange a time and day for delivery. I had no notification of any sort I was away for the week end it was left out side my house on the Saturday I came home Monday at 2100 hours and found it there there was no note or anything left they had my phone number so they could of rung me but no just leave it in the street what more can I say.”

“Pleased with the greenhouse I purchased, it is now up and running with various plants in side. My only problem was the drawings took a lot of sorting they are a bit vague. I felt I could have erected it a lot quicker .”

“the green house was delivered ok. making it was quiet hard. the glass came in four random packs. may I suggest the glass would be better packed in the order that they have to be put in.????? two sides then two ends. each pack for each side, or labeled”

“We chose the popular greenhouse with toughened glass 6x8’. The framework was easy to erect but putting the window sills (after detangling them) was time consuming, it would be easier if this job was done in the factory! We ordered the Louvre window as an extra, this did not seem as good quality as the greenhouse! The frame was thin and the part that you ‘pinch’ to stop the glass falling out was inadequate, in fact it broke and customer services sent another frame! This time we’ve used silicon sealer to keep the glass in place! The roof vent window is working well with the varying temperatures! Overall we are pleased with our greenhouse & is now full of plants!”

“Ordering and delivery were fine of my Eden greenhouse but my neighbour who has erected several greenhouses in his time said it was the hardest one he had ever done. He said even following the diagrams didn’t help.”

“My greenhouse has eventually been erected after some difficulties with the builder I asked to do it. I have to agree with him that the instructions leave a lot to be desired! Probably should have used a builder you recommended but was trying to support local tradesmen.”

“The green house its self is excellent great value for money. Greenhouse Store staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the missing star from the rating is for the very wide delivery widow which in my case they used the maximum 21 working days that equates just about a month.”

“Very happy with my greenhouse, had to contact customer services a couple of times and they were excellent. The greenhouse was fairly straight forward to assemble although the instruction manual could have been a bit better.”

“The quality of the greenhouse structure is generally good. Delivery took 3 weeks which was a little disappointing for the spring when you want to get on with planting etc. The quality of the pictures in the instruction book was poor in places especially for the window. The holes to fit the automatic window opener were not big enough on one part of the frame so had to take it to pieces twice! The quality of the louvre opener is very poor, not sure how long it will last. The look of the finished greenhouse is good. We are pleased. Just those few niggles above would have made it far easier.”
