“I have no big issues Greenhouse stores but they act as a supplier of Swallow Garden Buildings products with this company I do have issues. When I placed my order with Greenhouse Stores for a Swallow potting shed my deposit was taken and from then on all my dealings were with Swallow and I heard nothing else from Greenhouse Stores. Then followed a number of issues with Swallow and with my potting shed. I never contacted Greenhouse Stores with these issues and I eventually resolved them for myself. But considering that I had spent close to £4000 through Greenhouse Stores I would have expected a little more interest than simply taking the deposit.”

“Greenhouse was well priced. Delivery was as suggested, driver very courteous and helpful. All components were well protected, no damage to anything. Greenhouse was relatively easy to install. Very satisfied all round !”

“The greenhouse arrived very quickly with good packing against damage. One slat was missing from one item but was very quickly sent to me after a phone call. The instructions are not the best I have seen with the photographs not very clear. Otherwise all was good.”

“Delivered within given time frame. The greenhouse was easy to assemble, with the exception of the door which really would have benefitted from clearer instructions. It doesn't slide as easy as you would expect, but it is possible it wasn't assembled 100% right. The joining strips for the toughened glass were missing, but this was rectified quickly when contacting support and they arrived within three days. The finished product looks good and is very sturdy. We feel it offers good quality for money and are very happy with it.”

“I ordered a Vitavia Orion 5000, 8x6 feet, with toughened glass. I chose Greenhouse Stores because they were happy to deliver to an allotment, which was efficiently done. The greenhouse is excellent, even architecturally aesthetic. Now it has citrus trees inside it, and looks wonderful. Just one quibble: the instruction layout for installing the toughened glass did not accompany the manual, but were wrapped around the bundle of plastic H-sliders. As a result I did not spot it until I'd installed the roof panes, for which I consulted the manual, which includes an instruction diagram for ordinary glass panes only. Overall, though, very good service.”

“Our greenhouse is good overall value for money. The diagrams in the instructions are a bit difficult to follow, and, unless you are an octopus, you will require an extra pair of hands to help you support things while they are fastened together. However a little bit of effort will prove to be worthwhile, and the finished product looks good and appears to be robust enough to handle most weathers (since construction was completed we have experienced wind, rain and sun but it has not yet been tested in storm conditions). The real secret seems to be, to spend a bit of time and effort in ensuring that your base is as strong and as level as you can get it. If you do this, the rest should be relatively straightforward.”

“Very impressed with the whole thing!the delivery driver was really helpful and made sure the packs were stored safely in the garage as well as being extremely polite -10 stars out of 5 ! The greenhouse itself was as easy to put up as it possibly could be (let's face it they're fiddly) and is a good strong structure -the tomatoes are doing brilliantly . My ONE suggestion is that perhaps a couple of spare clips /hangers could be included , I accidentally dropped one of each into the bark chippings surrounding the base -you can imagine how long it took to find them again . The automatic window is working well without any annoying fiddling about beyond the initial adjustment . Would recommend to anyone .”

“Really good quality and suits my purpose to the hilt. I did have problems building it as the pictures are not as clear as they could be and the video's go to fast with no helpful commentary. I am disappointed that it does not have a lockable door, either in the open or closed position. However I am pleased with the product.”
