“Web site is easy to follow and make a purchase from. Missed an item from my order which was dealt with efficiently on the telephone. Greenhouse was delivered on the designated date by the supplier and unloaded by the driver who made sure the glazing was carefully stacked in a safe manner. The additional items were delivered the next day. Quality of the German made Vitavia greenhouse was OK, and would recommend using the toughened glass which was much easier to handle. Only downside is the door slider which should have rollers on the bottom rather than the plastic slider which does not look like it will last very long.”

“Delivered quickly with notice of delivery time. 2 of us put it together, we have the base which I think is essential as it increases the head hight considerably. It took about 12 hours in total. The instructions are challenging at times but once we realised all the bolts went in one direction it helped and we had only got one piece wrong when we put it together. It is now full to brimming with all my husbands seedlings and he is delighted. Good starter greenhouse”

“Dear Greenhouse Stores, Assembly was completed with only one mishap resulting in a broken pane of glass. Slight problems identifying the rubber door sealant but the lady to whom I spoke was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction. All in all not too painful an experience and I am pleased with the finished product.”

“I recently purchased a Birdlip greenhouse from greenhouse stores. I have found the staff very friendly and helpful as I have had to speak to them on a few occasions to send me replacement parts. The greenhouse was relatively straightforward to construct. Overall I am very pleased with my new greenhouse and look forward to growing my plants in it this year.”
