“Having suffered with Emphysema for the last sixteen years, a move to a new bungalow and large garden. My wife and I decided to get a greenhouse. We purchased a 6 x 10 feet. Delivered one week later. My wife was a little concerned about putting it together as we are both in our seventies. The kit arrived and was packed in convenient packages with good instructions, and for the next five days we put it together in the back garden, had I been fitter, I probably would have completed it in just over one day! Now complete, I look back at my youth when I Had Meccano, every piece fitted exactly, it was fun. All I can really say; it was provided with a very high spec of engineering. Worth every penny”

“Generally more than happy with my recent purchase. However I would say that the instructions leave a lot to be desired. Unclear written instructions and poor pictorial instructions. Leading to difficulty in erecting the greenhouse..”

“Delivery - arrived an hour ahead of schedule. Very pleasant team of 2 erectors who managed the whole project in just over 2 hours. Impressed with finish of greenhouse which is already half full with plants, cuttings and seadlings. We have 2 chairs in there and often take our coffee down whilst we time to talk to each other MANY THANKS TO WHOLE TEAM”

“Had problems getting it delivered,it only took 3 a temps and not sure how many phone call . Then also got promised some staging for the greenhouse free of charge for all the inconvenience it had caused , which I have never received.”

“Excellent service & delivered as arranged. Rattan sofa set is excellent quality and has receive much admiration from family and friends. Only slight issue was that the courier 'dumped' the rattan sofa set at the top of the drive and our daughters (aged 18 & 21) had to act as removal men to move into the back garden! Apparently it was quite entertaining to watch! I did feel the courier should have delivered to the back garden - what would we have done if we were elderly?”

“We're thrilled with our new Swallow greenhouse/potting shed. It looks beautiful painted in a pale grey and the quality is very good. Customer service from both Greenhouse Stores and Swallow was excellent. They both cheerfully allowed us to switch products shortly after ordering (from the lean-to to the potting shed/greenhouse) when we realised we'd measured things incorrectly. The installation by Swallow was efficient and super friendly. Would we order another Swallow greenhouse from Greenhouse Stores again? Yes, absolutely definitely. It was an all round good experience and the greenhouse/potting shed is the jewel in the crown of our new kitchen garden. Thank you.”

“Fab customer service from Greenhouse Stores, quick delivery & everything well packaged.cThank you for your help Ian. Birdlip 6x4 greenhouse is just what I wanted and looks great now it's erected but the instructions were quite poor. It could really do with a DVD of the build so you could refer to it. All parts were either numbered or bundled together but when you are a greenhouse novice & aren't familiar with the millions (ha) of bits it is daunting. Well worth it though & I've now ordered my staging/shelving etc. Highly recommend Greenhouse Stores.”

“My purchase of a LifeTime plastic shed proceeded very smoothly, spoiled only by the fact that it took 6 weeks to deliver. I'm not aware of any online facility to check progress, so I had to telephone to find out about the delay. However, office staff were very friendly and helpful, as was the delivery driver. The product is fine, though the apparently comprehensive instructions could be improved in some respects.”
