“Prompt friendly service. Helpful advice about extra opening roof windows, which has worked out just right. Let me know when Special Offer was changing, and we purchased the best deal to suit us. Halls were able to delay delivery until new slabbed area was complete. Greenhouse easy to assemble and erect. We are very pleased.”

“Excellent customer service and delivery service. Arrived on day stated at a time that was convenient to me. Product good although the instructions for building the greenhouse are terrible. This is why they rating is slightly reduced.”

“The greenhouse product was competitively priced but they failed to deliver on time twice. The customer service representative was courteous and offered a window-operating device free, as a gesture of good will. This also failed to arrive twice. The second representative was a little more frustrated as their records showed that the device had been sent by mail; he nevertheless undertook to send another. The device eventually arrived three or four days later. So the conclusion is that whilst mistakes happen, these guys ultimately value their good name and underwrite their service, even when it is inconvenient to do so, to the extent that I would buy from them again.”
