“I thought the greenhouse I ordered was very reasonably priced. It was delivered when you said & the delivery driver took it round the back of the house for me without complaint. The assembly instructions were relatively easy to follow despite us being novice greenhouse assemblers! Overall I'm very happy with it ☺☺”

“After being let down by a large on-line American retailer who failed to deliver the same shed, and didn't bother to let me know there were problems, it was a relief to order from a company that gave exceptional customer service and prompt delivery, the shed it'self is great solid, water tight and easily assembled, it is the Bee's knees, I built it up myself over two days, the only help I needed was for my wife to hold the wall panels while I screwed them together, and I'm a rather unfit and over weight 60 year old, who doesn't like DIY, so if I can do it most people will be able to, I can highly recommend both Greenhouses Stores and the Lifetime 15x8 plastic shed, the pictures show the shed at the end of the first day without the roof, and at the end of the second day completed”

“The greenhouse turned up without any glass, I was told by the delivery driver that I had ordered it that way. when I insisted I hadn't by talking to the delivery office, I was told that the glass would be delivered about 5 days later. There was no apology and when I explained that this would not be acceptable I was told that it was unlikely that anything else could be done, but the office would get back to me. I rang the office 3 hours later as I had not heard back to be told that the glass had in fact been on the lorry all along and it would be delivered the next day. Again no apology. The driver turned up with the glass the next day and placed it outside my house, (on a large pallet) when I asked him to lift it into the garage (6 foot away from where he had placed the pallet) he refused saying that his lorry was blocking the road. The greenhouse is nice but the service left a lot to be desired.”

“Delivered on time with call in advance. No missing parts Quality superb. Was difficult to erect without help and the instructions could be better . Would advise not just looking at the pictures , the writing has more information. The base has to be accurate across the corners for a hexagon to fit . Be careful of builders bricks under the soil if hammering in a base. Excellent overall , have recommended to my neighbour.”
