“Good delivery, lovely lean to greenhouse. I ran out of bolts for staging and 6 little bolts were put in the post the day I rang. Customer service very good. I am very pleased that I found Greenhouse Stores”

“Very efficient quick service the staging they sent was aluminium instead of green but the box definately said green so obviously a supplier mistake. I contacted them and I received a replacement and collection of incorrect staging the very next day. Very impressive.”

“Going on to ninety, so I have needed help. Phone calls to Halls have been very useful, especially when I have not quite understood the pictures on the instructions. The door has got me beaten and so I have had to swallow my pride and ask for a fitter to come and put me right. You have been very helpful all the way. I haven't opened the glass out, so hope there are no broken sheets of horti glass when I get round to that after the sliders and door are fitted.”

“Quick delivery. After sales was good - the "w" clips were missing and were sent within 3 working days, also one of the door slide mechanisms was faulty and so they had Eden call and send out a replacement within 3 days. One word of caution, it took me 3 days to put up with a colleague (partly because the "w" clips were missing so had to wait to glaze). With hindsight I would have paid for the installation and saved my weekends.”

“8x6 Greenhouse, I can't really say much as its only March so the good lady hasn't really used it yet .. But as for construction it did take me one day to build the frame and one day to fit the glass... There are rubber seals need fitting for the glass, I should of done that before hanging the door as that was very fidley.. As for quality it seems stable and the boss lady is happy .... The instructions is just pictures and NOT good ones.”

“Delivery was made 1 day before planned date, but informed with a phone call beforehand. The delivery driver was very helpful and polite. I did photocopy and enlarge the instruction booklet images, but assembly was straightforward, greenhouse erected easily and in use. I would recommend Greenhouse Stores to anyone looking to purchase a greenhouse.”
