“Take your time to build greenhouse. Always read the instructions in conjunction with the drawings. Several times I thought the drawings were incorrect or couldn't understand what they referred to, but they were not - I simply had not taken time to read the instructions in conjunction. Once up the greenhouse is fine and is exactly what I required.”

“The Salesperson (must be PC these days), unfortunately I am unable to recall his name, was very conversant with the Elite greenhouse product that I wished to purchase. We talked about my sizing options and the optional extras that I wished to purchase. I did state to the Salesperson that I was also speaking to a competitor, and that a there was only £50 between both companies. The offer to 'throw in' the Elite shelving secured you my purchase. Elite have duly delivered the greenhouse which I have just finished installing. Their Production Manager, Phil, has taken my phone calls on 3no occasions and has been very helpful in resolving the installation queries that I have encountered during the construction. Overall I am very satisfied with both Greenhouse Stores for the professional customer sales team, and also with Elite, namely Phil, for his very good installation advise - he clearly knows his companies product. “They supplied what I wanted and when I wanted it. The product was excellent and when erected was better than my expectations. However there were one or two snags with the assembly which needs addressing and the principle one being clarity of instructions. The only form of instruction is the sketch drawings supplied where the view is defined (External or internal) by being encased in a bold border or left plain. This I found to be confusing in places and caused me to wrongly assemble two sections which had to be reconstructed, The knock on effect was annoying although not irredeemable initially by giving an out of square issue only noted when fitting the sliding doors. Better and clearer instructions are my recommendations.”

“Great service from Greenhouse Stores. Absolutely love the Eden Greenhouse, the staging and the shelf are perfect, also the water butt and the automatic vent openers. The only negative is that it was more complicated to put together than I thought it would be, now it has been completed it was worth the frustration.”

“Although I am very pleased with the greenhouse, the service has not been great. Being time poor I ordered my greenhouse with installation. I was given 10 days notice for delivery, however 1 week after delivery I was still waiting to be contacted to arrange installation. When the greenhouse was delivered a piece of glass was broken. After chasing this up (twice) a replacement piece finally arrived 2 days after installation. 4 weeks later I am still waiting for the installer to return (as promised) to fit this piece of glass.”

“Fantastic customer service although the carriers failed to deliver the greenhouse when they should have done. All parts labelled extremely well. Only negative comment is that the instructions could do with being a little clearer and READ THEM THROUGH BEFORE YOU EVEN START as I found to my cost. The small diagrams could do with being enlarged as we found them very difficult to decipher. We have had a lot of problems when trying to fit the polycarbonate panes as the grips are so tight to get in. The advice I would give is don't attempt to put them in on a windy day, it's almost impossible as they blow and bend as you try to put them in! But overall the greenhouse itself is of a high standard and once we finish it we will be able to enjoy using it.”
