There was a small delay due to huge demand, but your order should have arrived by now. Even more fresh stocks are due in tomorrow, so we should have them in stock again tomorrow (Tuesday 14th March). Apologies for the delay. Jonathan @ Green Gardener

From : Jonathan – jon@greengardener.co.uk Thanks for the message and apologies for the dead ladybirds. The packaging is well tested and it normally gives us very good results and despite sending out hundreds of lots a week I get very few problems. Ladybirds are veracious predators and sometimes they will turn on each other and eat each other, so I suspect that is what happened this time. Please email me and I can either refund or replace them. “Purchased ladybugs which all died the day after I released them, this could easily be due to something I have done rather than quality of ones sent but have marked as poor due to the fact no one has replied to my e-mail querying why it may have happened. £29.98 waste of money for me!”
