“Sorry but my ladybird larvae was just some dusty paper shavings and the infected tree hasn't recovered. The current weather conditons won't have helped, but there really was no sign of life or larvae? I am disappointed and now a little skeptical. Everything I asked for did arrive promptly and I am on you side . I hoped for more. Regards Jilly”

Thanks for the message and unfortunately we cannot stop pests like caterpillars returning after our nematode control has done its job, but each time you treat you will cut down on the number of caterpillars maturing and stop the adults returning to re-infest you. “Very disappointed with the nematode dispenser - it worked fine for about a third of the bottle and then stopped so I had to use the watering can for the rest and of course all the proportions were out so all that money wasted I tried rinsing the plastic tube and shaking it all but hopeless….”

“i bought Thrip Traps and Lure to detter Thripes. The product does not work at all and it was total waste of money. Will have to think twice before getting anything from this company. The Thrip still exisit and are attacking all the leaves including the new growth. I keep spraying the water, wiping the leaves on regular basis but they keep on thriving.”

“Just finished destroying 15 chilli plants due to massive whitefly infestation. Been applying the packets as instructed on every delivery. Absolutely no effect. Plants decimated; suffered quite a lot of damage last year (first time i tried this type of protection) they were whitefly as they flew when you disturbed the plants. Conversely, a couple of my friends stuck with chemicals and have had very good plants and yields. My order number is [Order #481075] (April 18, 2026 please stop any future shipments (not after a refund) as they have nothing to be used on. Chemical control for me next year.”

“Ordered some nematodes but unfortunately they were delivered outside of 24hr Royal Mail times. Royal Mail advised us to contact seller. We were then told by Green Gardener that nematodes can actually survive up to 7 days in the post. By Day 7 still no delivery. When they finally arrived, Green Gardener then said thay actually they can live longer than 7 days in the post. Read everywhere and this is incorrect information, complete lies. Asked for a refund and then Green Gardener stopped answering emails. AVOID”

“bought nematodes as we do twice a year, put down the same way with rain water did't do much use at all. Hundreds of leather jackets came out of lawns over a few weeks, knew waste of time contacting you as had problem some years ago and you were not interested. Never buy from you again. Chris”

“Yes, I made a purchase from you, and I weren't sure the fumigating product work properly, I tried ringing you but you were busy so then I send an email but didn't get a reply, I'm not at all impressed.”

“I set it up as instructed and lit the fuse there was very little smoke and only a faint smell , I don't know if it had not functioned properly or was just ineffective . It made no difference.”

“Very poor service. Received wrong item. Told I had to return the item for a refund and purchase the item again. Only issued a refund a month after they received the return. But this was only after chasing the refund. No apology.”

“I was quite disappointed with the delivery of ladybird larvae. It's the first time I had bought anything like this. To me they appeared dead, I left the bag outside as instructed but the little black things didn't appear to move. I haven't complained as been too busy but just received this feedback request.”

“The good were not delivered to me. Payment was taken on 7th May. You messaged me saying that the order had been fulfilled. I wrote back on 2nd June saying that I hadn't received it and that I couldn't see any tracking information. You replied saying that was because it was out for delivery. A couple of days later you said it was being returned by Royal Mail and you would wait until you had received it back before processing a refund. I still haven't received a refund. I couldn't possibly recommend your service to anyone and will actively avoid using your company again. Most disappointing.”

Thanks for the review. Unfortunately this was never collected from the post-office after delivery was attempted twice and has now been returned by the post-office. It only arrived yesterday and you have been contacted by Becky in our office (you should have an email) asking if you wanted it re-sending or a refund? Kind regards Jon @ Green Gardener

Thanks for the message and we did not cancel your order for Copper Mesh and according to the Royal Mail tracking it was delivered on the next day - the 7th May? Was there a problem with your order? Kind regards Jon @ Green Gardener

“Unfortunately this company sent our ladybirds to the wrong address twice. As a result these poor creatures died. I would suggest shoppers use Amazon as they are then protected when items do not arrive. When we emailed and called the company we got a very `computer says no' response.”
