“My order has still not arrived!!”

Thanks for the message and sorry your order has not arrived - sorry. We posted it on the 10th July, but according to the tracking it has never been delivered so it looks like it is lost - sorry. Do you still want them or do you want a refund? Kind regards Jon @ Green Gardener

“The Cryptolaemus larvae arrived in seemingly good order but after transferring to my fan palm they disappeared into the lower regions of the plant and just one of them remained visible but it has been stationary since then. The plant is kept at a steady 72-75F and has never been sprayed with insecticide. I sent an email requesting further advise but did not receive a reply.”

“Ordered ladybirds on 8th may, now the 30th and still haven’t arrived, have emailed 3 times to ask where my order is and not a single response. Now to see how to get a refund! My 4 year old will be so disappointed when i tell him his ladybirds aren’t arriving 😠”

“Purchased 30 Solitary Bee Cocoons 20/03/2023. Have been in bee hotel & cardboard release box in garden & garage for more than 3 weeks. Appears to be total failure of the supply. Delivery was as promised with no delay.”

“Sorry to say but of the cryptolaemus that were sent (30), only 11 were alive and put out. They also died within 24 hours - 1 lasted 48 hours. I'd put them on the mealy bugs straight away as directed and as I have a temperature control in the conservatory I sure it wasn't to hot or cold. Maybe you could find a better container for transporting.”

Thanks for the message and as detailed on the website, this product is available from the end of March onwards as it needs a soil temp of at least 12c and it is too cold at the moment. Your order is due to be posted w/c 27/03 (2 weeks time) by which time it should have warmed up and the product will work. I hope this explains why you have not received it yet. “The Nemaslugs are described as having a new, easy-mix formulation which is not true. The current mix does not mix into water, no matter how vigorously it is stirred and it is not possible to use any form of watering rose. The only possible way of getting it onto the garden is to pour it directly from the watering can, thereby distributing it poorly and wasting a large proportion of it. This is exactly what happened last year, and so I do not know how this year's version can be described as having a new formulation..”

Thanks for the feedback, but all our nematodes are bred int he UK and are not designed for children, so I suspect you are reviewing the wrong product - you ordered Nemasys Leatherjacket Killer from us? Kind regards Jon @ Green Gardener

Thanks for the review and I have checked on your order and we posted it on the 16th Sept and according to the Royal Mail tracking it was delivered on the 17th. The Leatherjacket Killer is delivered in a white padded envelope and will fit through the letterbox, so could someone have popped it somewhere safe for you? Kind regards Jon @ Green Gardener

“Took too long to be delivered and once delivered the product didn’t even work. I set up the wasp trap exactly as stated and put it amongst 200 wasps and not a single wasp got trapped inside after a week! Not one single wasp! Gutted and disappointed”

“I am extremely dissatisfied with the product. It does NOT DO WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO. All the marks are on the cards and the Whitefly are flourishing and multiplying vigorously on my cucumbers, tomatoes, and fuschias, in different locations ! I can show you pictures that will shock you ! Certainly not worth the Cost.”

Thanks for the review and sorry the encarsia has not worked. It is normally very reliable, so I am not sure why it has not worked for you. Can you email me (jon@greengardener.co.uk) the pictures you mention so I can check it is whitefly - do the whitefly fly off the plant if you gently shake the plant? Kind regards Jon @ Green Gardener
