Sorry to say but of the cryptolaemus that were sent (30), only 11 were alive and put out. They also died within 24 hours - 1 lasted 48 hours. I'd put them on the mealy bugs straight away as directed and as I have a temperature control in the conservatory I sure it wasn't to hot or cold. Maybe you could find a better container for transporting.
