The Cryptolaemus larvae arrived in seemingly good order but after transferring to my fan palm they disappeared into the lower regions of the plant and just one of them remained visible but it has been stationary since then. The plant is kept at a steady 72-75F and has never been sprayed with insecticide. I sent an email requesting further advise but did not receive a reply.
