“Used in the past as thought products were good, but really disappointed after ordering an “extra large” antler only to receive one at the very minimum limit of the weight range - and smaller than a “large” from another supplier (and the G&W one was £12 more expensive). Wrote to customer services to express disappointment and had a reply a few weeks later. They offered me a discount off another antler, which I ordered, but was similarly disappointed at the small size (not quite as small, but certainly not in the middle of the range which I'd been told was the aim). Contacted customer services again and was sent another one free of charge, was told it had been hand-picked and indeed it is the size I would expect. So I'm happy with the way customer service eventually dealt with the problem, and have been told the systems have been reviewed so it shouldn't happen again.”

“I found G&W when looking for antlers and ended up with a selection of treats for my puppy, all of which she loves. Great quality, healthy, and seemingly delicious. We will be ordering more and trying all the different treats.”

“I would say 5 star for the product itself as my dog loves them. However the cost is 5.5 times more than other well known treats so is rather expensive so a 2 for cost.”

“First time I have used G &W but I was pleasantly surprised by such a quick turnaround of the order I placed compared with other sites I have used. Will certainly use again as my dog loved the items purchased and was well worth the money. Great to be a customer- would certainly recommend.”

“My dog, a 15 year old cavalier loves these salmon and turmeric fish cakes. Before starting him on these, he very occasionally had a grumbly tummy, even though fed on a raw diet. This seems to have completely disappeared now. Very realistically priced for such a healthy product.”
