“I called before ordering and was promised same day dispatch, since the order was time critical. It wasn't despatched on time, prompting a call. I left a voicemail and no-one called me back. I called again and was promised that it would be taken care of - it wasn't, and was posted by standard mail. No apology or accountability was made for the incorrect information given over the phone. I was only offered courier dispatch at my own cost. The order arrived late. I emailed to express my disappointment. The email was ignored. Would not order again from this company - they don't care about their customers.”

“To see my new puppy enjoying her chew root. The presentation I liked, she was only able to get off small parts but chews hard. I am now going to by her a coffee wood chew and her 2nd fallow strip as that is her ultimate favourite of all her toys and chews and also saves the furniture!”

“Was looking for something to help our 5 month old puppy with his incredible urge to chew as he is teething. The antler is a perfect solution..no risk of him ingesting plastic, it's all natural and doesn't upset his tummy. He ABSOLUTELY LOVES the sweet potato treats. Very happy puppy and puppy-mummy.”
